I don’t want to do some long drawn out review so all i can say is that Avalon has great service! Our driver Kelvin was early for pick ups. We traveled round trip from bronx NY to ac New Jersey. I was able to get a limo and the color i wanted literally hours before i needed the service. Matt the dispatcher was very helpful. Our driver kelvin was nice friendly and prompt. Did i mention the limo was clean and stocked with water and snacks. Overall our experience was great i would definitely recommend!!!

Two days before Christmas, my brother’s flight home to the Philly airport was delayed. He had been planning on taking the train home but with the delay, he wouldn’t have gotten back until 10 p.m. after a long day in the airport. Belinda and Mary were very helpful and with just a few hours notice, Avalon Limo helped us get him home in a pinch in a town car at a competitive price, tolls and tip included. Thank you! I highly recommend them.

Great experience! We used Avalon Limo for our wedding. Their professional drivers were neat and courteous, and the stretch town car was very beautiful and ultra clean inside. The driver was prompt for his scheduled pickups. Jeff Roberts and his staff made us feel well taken are of on our special day. We didn’t have to worry about a thing! They took care of it all so we could just enjoy our day and not stress. Definitely world use them again!

A++ for customer service!
I cant speak for the driver because I booked him for this coming weekend but if he is half as friendly as the man I spoke with on the phone then I will demand Unilocal lets me rate this place 6 stars! The man I spoke with was incredibly helpful and friendly. Some of the best customer service Ive ever encountered! You can tell the really appreciate their customers business! If I ever need a limo or car again I WILL be returning to Avalon 100%. Highly recommend!

EXCELLENT FRIENDLY SERVICE!
Car service should be simple. The Driver should arrive on time — in the car you ordered — pick you up, drop you off, and be courteous while doing so — Avalon Limousine service accomplishes this with ease.
I used this service in Atlantic City yesterday and was very impressed.
