History

Established in 1996.

Like many other small businesses, we have humble beginnings and a track record of many, many late nights to develop and refine our processes. We were born out of a unique partnership between a construction guru and a business maven. The two partners, Chris Tolar and Chris Gustavson, quickly worked to develop a community-​based, thriving company that provides exceptional client service.

Over 90% of our business is referral-​based, and we believe it is because of the following:

* We contact our clients throughout each project to ensure our work is exceeding standards and each phase of the project is clearly understood.

* We provide weekly status reports to track project timelines and budgets.

* We never consider a project to be finished until our client agrees that all work has been completed according to their expectations.

* We ask all clients to complete a project evaluation form to help us continuously improve our operations.

Meet the Business Owner

Chris T.

Business Owner

Mr. Tolar has over 15 years experience in home building and remodeling including the development of a 500-​home community in Erie, Colorado. Prior to building homes, Mr. Tolar served in the United States Air Force and was a Police Officer in Colorado. He has hosted and presented numerous construction seminars and also serves as a Volunteer Firefighter for Coal Creek Canyon.
