Lifetime replaced all my windows in my wash park bungalow with their fiberglass Windows from Marvin and they are amazing, they look so good and our home is now so quite. This company put siding on my parents home. The work was shoty at best. They had to be called back several times to fix mistakes made. Lifetime was told until they fixed all the mistakes made the last payment would not be made and instead of fixing the problem they turned it over to an attorney. Horbal customer service and taking abvantage of the elderly. They should be ashamed. Team Dave Logan & Susie Wargin should reconsider their endorsement…

We’d been looking for a small siding job and having a lot of trouble finding someone. Then came Lifetime. We set up a visit with them; their consultant was great. He walked us through what they could do, made some suggestions and got us squared away. The office was always great – keeping in touch re: materials getting in and then scheduling an install. We thought it’d be a couple days, but the installers got in done in a day. Looks great. We couldn’t be happier and we’ll be bringing Lifetime back to do more work when we think of it! Maybe a window too next time :)

Shoulda seen this one coming.
⁵⁄₅ for installation and quality. Shit is legit, no question. However, holy hell does their customer service dept suck.
I got a call while at work, so the lady left a message. «just wanted to introduce myself, i am the new face of your account and i am calling to make sure everything is up to your liking»
I call back, am greeted with a person who has no idea who my account is assigned to. Furthermore she frankly doesnt give a damn. Clearly this person has never spent 2k on anything, so the gravity of such a purchase is lost.
I love my windows, the installation was wonderful, the employees were pro and super freaking awesome. However i wanted to give real feedback a year later… the seals were failing and unless i close the windows while literally LEANING INTO THEM they won’t seal. I wanted to bring that to their attention.
So i tell this to gatekeeper girl, and she assures me that i’ll get a call back. Never happened. Not a voicemail not a call, not an email. Nothing.
I honestly would have just dealt with your shoddy windows, but you call me to do a quality control and then won’t return my call when I take issue?
Love how they look, hate how i have to literally put muscle into closing them properly. Also don’t rub it in my face by hoping i don’t pick up when you do your «check ups» … I’m not gonna be an american about and bitch too hard but gimme a break.

I felt that he was very interested in my feedback and willing to take my constructive criticism to better his team and the company as a whole. I’ve gotten new windows from Lifetime twice now for our second home and was sincerely impressed again this time! I can’t help but love these old Denver homes with character and really, really old windows ;)
The whole process was quick from ordering what my husband and I wanted, to installation. They listened to what I wanted and weren’t pushy trying to up sale me for stuff I didn’t need, and what’s fab is my electric bill has decreased so much :)
I even got a personal call from one of the owners thanking me for their business and to make sure I was happy!
I would definitely recommend this company if you live in the Denver metro area!

I am writing this review 2 years after Lifetime installed Andersen 100 windows so I could give, not only a review on the company, but the windows also. After this long we are extremely happy with the service we received from Lifetime and the windows themselves. Lifetime followed our wishes and used maintenance free Azek trim vs wrapping the existing trim with metal and the results were beautiful and after 2 years still look fabulous! Thanks Lifetime

I called to get a phone quote on a few windows. I know exactly was I need (dimensions and window type). The person on the phone told me i needed to schedule an in home consultation. I mentioned i wanted to get a rough idea of the pricing on the phone first to check beforehand if their prices would be in my budget. The person i was speaking too told me he could only make in home consultation appointments, and that he didn’t even have a price sheet. He then insisted on making an appointment which i said no to; he then just hung up on me abruptly. What a way to treat a potential new customer (and I will buy new windows soon). I guess you have enough business not to care, but thought i would share my experience.

We interviewed 3 contractors for our homeowner’s claim, and the Lifetime Window Company quality and service was the determining factor. Lifetime Windows carried the windows we chose, Marvin Infinity. We replaced 11 windows and are extremely happy with the product. We had construction grade vinyl windows put in by Pulte builders to start, and the other companies wanted to replace with new types of vinyl windows, but we hesitated. So glad we did! We are extremely happy with the quality of the Marvin Infinity windows, which was a definite HUGE upgrade. They are made of fiberglass, and stronger than vinyl, plus we got low e glass, which is greener than standard windows.
Now in December 2015 and can feel the difference within our home. Our old, drafty windows made certain areas of our home cold. No frost on our upper windows inside the house like the old windows! With the Marvin windows, these problems have disappeared! The rooms are much more comfortable.
Rory was our sales rep and we have nothing but good things to say about working with him. He was very responsive to our needs. Texts and calls were returned quickly and he also helped with our insurance claim. We really appreciated Rory’s help! Installations were scheduled, kept on time, and finishes were completed without problems. Not to mention the Lifetime Window guarantee is best you can get. Highly recommend Lifetime Windows!

From sales to install I have nothing but praise. Marco had good knowledge and my husband asked a million questions as a civil engineer he thought he might know more!
We placed our order and I’ve watched this group of guys install them over 3 days. They really work well together, they clearly have worked together awhile, anticipating each other’s needs, and working smoothly.
I would recommend this company to anyone needing Windows. I would wish this install crew could do every job because they would set the standard hi for all installers.
Thanks all of you at Lifetime Windows and siding. Let’s see if you can outdo the window crew when we get to the siding in the spring!

I called in for a very specific window, asked for it by name, and the guy booked a time with me, and sent me over to their «appointment verification department» and that’s when the woman said that they don’t carry those windows. So I cancelled the appointment. Minutes later the guy calls back and tries to pitch me on a different window, and I said I knew exactly what I wanted and no thanks, but he tried to push another window on me. Bad start. No wonder they have an appointment verification department, in my experience, they needed it.

Had all windows and french door installed at our house back on August 2014. So far no problems whatsoever. All members of the installation crew were prompt, professional and cleaned up after themselves every day of the job. One screen to our bathroom window was installed with a bent frame (I was informed of this and it looked fine to me couldn’t tell from outside or inside). Three days later one of the installation managers came to the house and replaced the bent screen frame with a whole new screen. Prices were as quoted there were no changes from the original quote. The job was finished within the time line given. Dee was the sales guy.

I interviewed about 5 contractors and decided to use Lifetime Windows and Siding to tear off my gutters and replace my soffits, fascia, moldings, and small sections of stucco on my 1940’s post-modern home with JamesHardie cement products. The project had to be done on time because other companies were rolling in behind them to replace the roof and the gutters.
The owners were always readily available to answer any questions I had and solved any problems that came up. Jason even went out of his way to find the right molding products that fit the style of my house. The workers did a quality job and finished on time. It was a positive experience for me from start to finish. After the job was done they promptly returned to correct a cosmetic issue I found on the soffit — probably one which only I could see, but they replaced it without a fuss. Both of the owners are stand up guys, and if in time something goes wrong with the products they installed I am certain that they will honor their lifetime warranty.

Door to door sales experience was less than stellar. Tyler was quite pushy and no regard for my time — I was obviously in the middle of something — and no apology after confronting him about being pushy. If your going to have someone represent your business please have them carry business cards and something to identify who they are. Handing a potential customer a torn piece of paper with an illegible scribble isn’t good.

I had new windows installed in November 2014, and the entire process with Lifetime Windows was amazing.
My windows were broken and I had to have multiple windows replaced. Fortunately, my insurance covered it. I chose Lifetime Windows because they were recommended by a coworker and I felt most at ease with their team. They weren’t overly pushy. They listened and had quick follow-up. They provided the necessary documentation for the insurance company too.
I got quotes from 4 companies. Generally, all the window types seemed the same. I was looking at window companies based on their attention, response and turn-around time. The first company was overly salesy and the 2^nd made me feel like I wasn’t a priority. It left Lifetime and another competitor as top choices. Lifetime Window prices were competitive and their service was the best. Dee, Victor and their team responded to me immediately. They even rushed to get the windows installed.
I’m so happy with the service and process of Lifetime Windows. I loveee my new windows as well. The install was professional and the windows themselves are beautiful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for window replacements.

Im not sure what could have possibly happened with these bad reviews because my experience with this company has been phenomenal!!!
My neighbor had them put in a house full of new windows and recomended Lifetime based on price and quality. I was hesitant to call because I really only wanted the window above my sink replaced. It was an old sliding window and I wanted a Picture window for a better view. Rory came out and discussed my options with me. I figured the whole thing would take 10 minutes, but he really spent the time to help me understand my options. He recommended a crank out window so that I could get the full view and still get some ventilation as well. It was a little more than I expected, and told him that I would have to think about it. He said no problem and that he would follow up with me. After looking at a couple other companies i decided that Lifetime was the best option. I was impressed by the amount of personal attention I received, even for a small job like mine. Highly recommended!!! My new window is gorgeous. Photo attached!

Wonderful experience with Lifetime! I had to replace all of the windows in my house, as well as a complicated move AND expansion of an existing window. I called several companies and their quotes ALL came back in the 6−7K range, plus I didn’t like any of the salesmen. All very pushy and «know-it-all».
I called Lifetime based on their Unilocal reviews and I am glad I did! Jason came out, was very friendly and listened to my plans well, gave me a quote on the spot. Their quote for everything I wanted to do, including the complicated window move, was about $ 700 cheaper than the cheapest previous quote.
They came out, measured everything, ordered the windows, and when weather didn’t work out in our favor for installation, they were super easy to reschedule. The owner of the company (Peter, I think?) even called to apologize for the delay and talk to me about it. The installation guys were extremely nice, professional, clean, and hilarious. Good guys, some of my favorite contractors I’ve ever worked with, and I’ve worked with a bunch.
Also, from a woman’s perspective– I felt comfortable with both Jason and the installation crew; never had that «I should probably bring a friend over while they’re here» feeling. I also didn’t feel insulted or belittled for being a woman, which is also unfortunately rare when dealing with contractors.
Overall GREAT experience with Lifetime! I would use them again in a heartbeat.

WAS CALLED 17 TIMES!!!
A sales flyer person came by the house when I was outside one day, selling siding and windows. I stated that I was interested in some Soffat REPAIR ONLY not new siding or Windows. I was then left a message that «I’ve got some funding here and we can get your apretty darn good deal. If you wanna give me a call I’d like to at least have an opportunity to explain the program to you, you can just ask for…»
We then received 16 more telemarketing calls being sold something I clearly stated I did not want. I did not sign your BBB sheet either as I was asked repeatedly and begged to sign it…
If you see any Lifetime Windows people in your neighborhood tell them to go away as talking to them established a ‘business relationship’ which they perceive as open season on calling you.
This is BAD business and sales practice to ask for one thing then be sold another!
When its time for siding in the future, LIFETIME WINDOWS AND SIDING is on the top of my list to avoid.
