Simply Special Event Coordination

I’m Julie O’s (earlier reviewer) mom, and I would also like to compliment Julie. Her pleasant professionalism and attention to every detail was amazing. It was indeed the best decision to hire her for our daughter’s wedding. She is just a dream to work with, efficient and personable. And yes, her little emergency bag of tricks saved us from the «dreaded glitch» of the day. Hire her for your special event and you will not be sorry!

Can’t even BEGIN to say enough wonderful things about Julie! We hired her as our day of wedding planner and she did SO much to prepare for our day. We met up several times (at her request) so she could make sure she had all of our contracts, contacts and timeline figured out. She was so sweet and suggested a few things that would make things easier for us. On the day of I had a slight (re: panicked) moment when my dress wouldn’t bustle and she came out of nowhere with a huge bag of odds and ends to get the dress pinned up (VERY J-​lo in The Wedding Planner). I received so many compliments about how professional she was with all the vendors and the guests and she made the day go so smoothly. Can’t wait to recommend her to every bride-​to-​be I meet from now on!

Hiring Julie for our day of wedding coordinator was one of the best decisions we made. Having her at the ceremony and reception venue to oversee all the details, ensuring all the vendors arrived and had what we ordered and setting up all our special items took the stress out of the day so we thoroughly enjoyed my daughters wedding. Julie was there to keep things on track and was invisible, yet always there! Also making sure I got a drink and appetizers so I could sit and relax with guests to checking on the bride/​groom to make sure they did not need a thing. Julie comes highly recommended from this happy Bride’s Mother!

For all the grooms out there thinking they don’t need a wedding coordinator, your life will suck the few days before your wedding and the day of, if you don’t hire Julie. I felt like she wanted to be there at all times and loved doing it. You do not know the amount of detail going into it until you do it, or need someone to do it for you. Julie met with us several times before the day and was constantly an email or phone call away, at all times. I feel like she did way more than she was supposed to.
