The Jumpy Company

This business is crap! I had called and and spoke to the lady owner and asked if they can come look at my front and backyard to see if the waterslide jumper would fit. She said yes no problem. We had agreed on that Friday. I got no call and no show that day. I was so upset. AFter all that I called about 3 different times that weekend and got no call or answer back until about 1 week and a half later. Her excuse was that her husband was really busy and couldn’t call… We agreed on another day and time. She doesn’t call me back until 5 p. m telling me her husband is in traffic… Let me add that this business is based in Antioch an in the same city I live in. Then she tells me that he can come by my house tomorrow at 6 a. m! Talk about customer service and what an inconvenience! 6 a. m really? I tell her nevermind because it seems to be the same old story and they are «too busy» for the new customers. Such crap! To make things better she tells me «Well we don’t usually go to customers houses anyways!!» How unprofessional are you? And why did you not say that in the first place? This place sucks! In all honesty!

We had a huge block party grand opening at our shop parking lot and needed big enough jumpy’s to handle it. Everyone we talked to said to call Jumpy Company. So we did we made the appointment everything went so smooth the same out set it up showed us all the safety things about it and the kids had the best time ever. If your looking for a good solid jumpy rental place this is it family owned they keep their stuff clean and working perfect. Will recommend to everyone I know thank you Jumpy company

Excellent Service, Prices & Selection. Booked the 5in1 & the 3in1 for my Son’s Bday Party, now booked the same for my Daughter’s upcoming party. They were professional, on time and Even Vacuumed out the Inside of Both Jumpys upon arrival, Nice to not have to do that myself anymore. Great Experience, Super Happy & Loyal Customer for Years to Come!

So this is the first time I ever rented a jumpy. It was my daughters 3^rd birthday and it was her first REAL birthday party. I was searching through the yellow pages trying to find the most reliable affordable jumpies. And I must say I was so happy with their service. I came in at 8:45am set it all up and didn’t come back till 8pm. Just as quick as he set it up was as quick as he took it down. I recommend them to any one who needs jumpy’s. They are proffesional and so very nice. Carl was amaaaazing, super sweet and nice. I will be calling back soon ! thank you !!!

I’ve rented a pirate-​themed jumpy house and cotton candy from them. The guy showed up early from the time I reserved which was awesome becuz my son and I got to enjoyed it for a couple of hours before everyone arrived. The cotton candy served its purpose but just a little messy to make it but everybody loved it! The guy picked up the items on time which was 5pm. The party was a success!

I am so sad to write this review. After working with this company for 17 years, I will no longer be using them for our child care center’s carnival. They were incredibly hard to get ahold of (but I kept trying because of customer loyalty). They charged my credit card early even though they said they would not charge it till the day of our event. The driver was an hour late showing up, so our entire even was put back an hour (and with 90 children full of anticipation, this is a tough thing to do!). We rented a water slide, jumpy combo and a slushy machine. We bought extra slushy mix and did not get to use it because the machine took so long to make the slushy (and the driver was late).
Most importantly, after talking with the driver and informing him that he absolutely could not be late on the pick up time, he was an 1 ½ hours late picking up showing up an hour after our closing time. This made it so that we had to pay a staff member overtime to guard the items delivered.
I wrote them an e-​mail to complain, and hopefully get at least our money back for the extra slushy mix, and some sort of compensation for the overtime we had to pay for staff. I was informed that it was a series of miss-​communications, and traffic issues.
They said that if I wanted, they would charge the driver his full pay of $ 95 and have him cut us a check. Due to that policy, and the sad excuse for customer service, we will no longer be using this company.

This place is great. The Best Selections in town! They were helpful, nice, and awsome!

I am EXTREMELY upset with this company! They ruined my 6 year old daughters birthday party. During winter, they will only answer the phone on certain days. I called on Wednesday night to reserve a jumper with a slide that my daughter hand picked. She was so excited and was telling all her friends about it. On Sunday, the day of the party, we had arranged for the Jumper to be here between 8am-​10am. I called @ 10am. No answer. It happened to be one of the days that they don’t pick up the phone. I called again @ 11 am. Then again @ 12 noon. The party was @ 1 pm. My daughter was antsy. This little girl never asks for anything. I started to panic. Thank the heavens above for another company that was willing to come out on short notice and price match. It wasn’t the colors she wanted, but it did the job. My daughter was happy and that’s all that mattered. The owner called me and apologized @ 2pm. But it was too little too late.

We rented the princess jumpy house for my daughter’s 4^th birthday party. The Jumpy Company was great! From the first phone call to the pick-​up after the party. The jumpy house was clean, the kids jumped all day long, and it was priced right.
I’d highly recommend The Jumpy Company!

I’ve rented many things from The Jumpy Company in the past several years and have always been pleased with their service. We typically rent the big carousel since it fits more kids inside but have also rented the 3 in 1 as well and let me tell you that is awesome! The adults will want to jump too its so fun!
There was also a time at one of our parties that we were having an issue and they came out right away to make sure it was good to go. It wound up being the kids fault for pulling down the ceiling part which they weren’t supposed to do and once we realized what was happening we told the kids to stop doing that and everything was fine after.
Great service and I have already reserved a few of them for parties in 2011. I recommend reserving in advance if you want a particular one since they may only have one of that one you want…
