I contacted Dan with a roach problem, and he called back promptly the next day. He listened carefully to our problem, talked about the cause and the solution and offered a reasonable maintenance plan to deal with the issue. Very calm, very thorough, very professional.

I’ve been using PPS for a few years now, and I’m extremely pleased with their work! My house had a huge gopher issue, and Daniel wasted no time in getting those critters taken care of. With PPS, you get a much more personal service than with some of the bigger companies, and the price is right as well. I highly recommend PPS for any of your pest issues!

Pest Protection Services was our go to pest control company for about 2 years while we were living in walnut creek. If we could have Dan continue to be our bug guy at our new house in Washington D.C., we definitely would!!! We miss you Pest Protection Services!!! He was always super responsive and timely, and most of all did a great job!!! I’d highly reccomend this company.

I did not get services from Dan. However, I am writing a review with the phone customer service I received from him. I will say, if I need any pest control/​services– I think I will be contacting Dan.
I called concerned with these little bugs that I never seen before showing up in my bathroom. Dan asked a few questions and concluded they were a particular kind. (I later googled what he said and I am 99% sure he was right!) Goes to show, he knows what he’s doing.
He then explained to me what they were, what I should/​could do, and their habitat. He could have easily hung up with me knowing that he wouldn’t make any sales from me since I couldn’t really use his services. But we had a good long conversation, I expressed my concerns and he sincerely addressed them. (I verified later on multiple websites; again he was right that I didn’t have much to worry.)
Dan was very sincere, genuine, and very smart. I will be calling him if anything else gets out of control! Thank you Dan for a great experience!

Great service from Daniel. He would come quarterly and not even disturb us when he sprayed. No unwanted bugs and he uses no toxic spray which made us feel safe with our kids. Reasonably priced versus the competition as well.

I just had my house in brentwood sprayed yesterday by Dan. We’re new to Brentwood, but we’re a little concerned about some of the spiders that we’ve found around the house. When we left the house this morning we found about 30 dead roaches on the front deck along with black widows, roaches, and other spiders dead on the back deck. We didn’t even know that we had a roach problem. My wife said it best when she said it was SO worth it. It only takes one black widow to ruin the day. Thanks Dan!

Talked to Daniel about a possible bug situation. He gave me advice as to how to confirm the presence of the bug before coming to do the treatment. I appreciate his honesty and integrity.

If I could give six stars I would. Daniel arrived as scheduled. Sprayed more areas than our former company. He explained what he was doing. We set up a treatment plan. Excellent service!

Mad props to Daniel for helping us out with a horrible mole AND gopher problem that was destroying our new front lawn. Daniel was able to schedule an appointment very soon from our call, and he told us we had a mole issue and took care of it without us having to be there. Nice and expeditious. 2 – 3 weeks later our lawn had numerous mounds and we freaked. I gave Daniel a call, and even though we played phone tag (turns out my phone was having a voicemail problem), Daniel came back without waiting for our permission and saw we had both moles and gophers to deal with. No charge since it was a re-​treatment and several weeks later it’s pretty apparent we are infestation free! Daniel, you rock! Thank you so much.

Daniel is great! He came to our older home and got rid of the black widows and roaches and everything else. With three dogs, deadly spiders are nothing I want to mess around with. He lives right up the road and if we need anything, he’s here the same day.

Was having a black widow issue, I found PPS via Unilocal.Signed up for yearly service because it just made more sense that way. Daniel came out sprayed inside and outside. About a week later I noticed some beetles were still a little to comfortable in my yard. Daniel came back at no charge and sprayed the outside again. Thats the difference between a big corporate company and a small business owner who wants to uphold their reputation for perfect customer service. Happy customer here!!!

I spoke to Daniel about my ant problem and scheduled an appointment within a day. He gave me a 2 hour window for my appointment and called me within that time to let me know he was 20 minutes from my home. He worked sufficiently and answered all my questions. Great customer service. Would highly recommend. A++++

Serious A++++ service. We called Daniel in a panic after just moving here the night before… and waking up to flip on the lights to a parting sea of ants in our kitchen (and bedroom. And bathroom…). I waited until 8am on the dot and gave him a ring. He was courteous and gave me a time frame he’d get back to me.
I waited, anxiously, as the ants appeared out of what seemed like every crack and corner of my new dream house. Like a man of his word, he called when he was on his way, and showed up in all his glory, and promptly explained the process as well as options for a yearly plan. I signed up on the spot based on his professionalism alone. Then he went to work. Did his magic. And left.
Within hours, as promised, we are now down to just a few stragglers where there had been, no joke, thousands of ants. I could not be happier. 110% recommended.

Found wasps in the house and found Daniel on Unilocal.He came the next day on time. Very friendly and informed me about keeping my dog safe. Super nice about my discount and didn’t even try to negotiate to get more money. Called two other company that got five stars and it took one 24 hrs to call back and still haven’t heard back from the other one.

I have been having pest protection services coming out for my home for two years now. The first time he came out was just for ants, and since he has come… Zero ants. You think that you may get some during certain seasons but somehow he has managed to keep them away. When he says he is going to be there he is there, he is professional and everything you would need in pest protection!

I am very happy with my choice to go with Pest Protection Services Inc. Daniel was on time, polite, professional, curtious, and knowledgeable. There were no hidden costs and he was up front about his discounts.

I called Pest Protection because of the many positive reviews here on Unilocal.I was not disappointed. Ants had begun taking over my two story home. I had never seen anything like it. Ants in EVERY room! Daniel came out the very next day. He took the time to explain what he was doing, and did a very thorough job for a good price. Now, I wouldn’t call anyone else for my pest elimination needs. The ants (and the spiders) are gone. I highly recommend this company.

On time, courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. We hope to never see him again but if we need these services again, we’ll call Daniel.
