New Creation Auto Glass

My car’s passenger window was broken out at a store at 1130am. It was supposed to rain that night. I called New Creation at 3pm and they were at my house fixing my window in 1.5 hours, by 430pm! It took about 30 minutes for the whole job, but had it done that night! Totally saved my butt with the weather and not having to put plastic/​tape on my car.
Work was done quick, they vacuumed all the old glass. Super happy, would use them again in a second for my autodials needs.
They use mobile payments so CCD not a problem.

Peter came out right away and took care of 2 large pits on my windshield. He got them both fixed within 30 minutes and looks good as new. I would highly recommend him and will use for any other windshield issues in the future. He showed up on time, provided an easy pay method and was very convenient for me.

Was a no show. Forgot the appointment!!! Very disappointment considering the reviews. I had to shuffle this around for my kids schedule. Unprofessional and inconsiderate of my schedule. A simple phone call to communicate running late or a schedule change would have been acceptable.

Peter was amazing! I would highly recommend him. My car was broken into while I was running thru trails in Fullerton. I had a dime sized crack on my windshield for 8 months that became the longest crack possible on a windshield. I hesitated calling someone because I didn’t want to pay an outrageous fee. Well, it was about that time I had to bite the bullet so I started do some research. I found New Creation Auto Glass on Unilocal and saw the positive reviews so I called in to inquire about pricing.
Peter was courteous over the phone, gave me a good price, and was able to come over to my home early morning the next day (Saturday). You really can’t go wrong with a good price, mobile service, and service on the weekend!
In regards to service, Peter and his son did a fabulous job. Their work was completed quickly and they entertained my kids, which they totally didn’t have to. Peter is professional, courteous, and friendly.
Btw, their work has a lifetime guarantee. I will definitely keep Peter’s number in case I get another dime sized crack so that he can take care of that before it becomes the mile long crack and my windshield needs replacing. :D

I highly recommend New Creation Auto Glass for replacing windshields. Professional, on time, incredibly nice and most importantly quality work. Besides being half the cost of what the dealer would charge to have them fix my FJ Cruiser’s front windshield they are mobile so they come to you, no matter if you are at work or home. I am so late in leaving this review, but i didn’t want to miss an opportunity to compliment Peter.
I live in RPV and i knew he was mobile, but i needed a new windshield so i took a chance and called, he told me he had no problem coming out to me and he quoted me $ 300 less than someone less than 6 miles from me. Needless to say i jumped on that offer and he came out the next day. Peter is such a wonderful person, he was meticulous, professional, and so kind i watched a couple times as he put the windshield in then took it out and adjusted what he needed to make it fit just right. He is now the one my family and i will go to for any glass & window needs. I can’t say enough nice things about Peter and the beautiful work he did on my car.

I am an Über driver part time and had an incident during a pickup. Some drunk idiot from Newport thought it would be funny to put his head through my rear quarter panel window. I had to get this resolved ASAP as I couldn’t drive any more for Über until I got the window repaired.
I called about 15 different glass places in Orange county and received countless estimates. Not only was New Creation one of the lowest quotes, he was able to do the repair same day! Peter was great and super accommodating, I literally called him at noon and my window was fixed by 5:30, incredible.

Driving North on the 57 Freeway is usually a comfortable experience, but yesterday a flying ROCK hit my windshield at a devastating speed, causing a crack the size of a quarter. I was pretty shaken up, since it just came out of nowhere and to my utter surprise. Having had a crappy few weeks, I was in bad shape and was only thinking Murphy’s Law — anything that can go wrong will go wrong. I guess you could say that I had hit ROCK bottom.
I needed to get my windshield fixed and was contemplating as to whether I might need to get it totally replaced, since it was starting to create a hairline fracture across the window. Unilocal to the Rescue. Isn’t this the reason why we love to write reviews and explain our experiences? New Creation Auto Glass was the closest in my area and with a near perfect 5 star review. Peter answered the phone and I was glad to hear that he makes house calls. I asked him to call me before arriving at my house, in which he kindly obliged.
After, arriving at my residence past 6pm, I was relieved that he fit my schedule. Being mobile and driving to accommodate customers is a real benefit for us all. He examined the crack and told me that it was repairable, but that it wouldn’t look exactly like it did before. It was doable for $ 69. My car is 6 years old and paying a few hundred dollars for a new windshield is not my idea of a worthwhile investment. Just in case, I even asked for a quote to replace the entire thing and it was $ 400. Much cheaper than I anticipated, in case something worse happens next time.
Peter was friendly, reliable, and quick at his craft. About 15 minutes to complete the entire job. Although, the end results aren’t picture perfect, all you see now is a few minor scratches and nothing considerably noticeable. I’m satisfied with his work and would recommend him to others. Having a damaged windshield doesn’t help when you’re having a few rough weeks in your life. But, making the necessary adjustments to help resolve issues like this is the best cure to turning your luck around. I guess you can say that Peter now holds the title of being my personal ROCK star.
