Elegance Entries and Windows was founded as a full service door and window company. Our mission was to «provide high quality product and service in a professional manner at an affordable price.» That mission continues today.

From the beginning, Elegance Entries and Windows produced custom window and entry and french door units exclusively with the highest quality materials available, such as solid hardwood doors, clear vertical grain hardwood jambs and solid brass commercial grade hardware. Our exclusive «six coat — twelve step» factory finish process, painted or stained, is consistently recognized as the best finish produced in Orange County.

Elegance incorporated vinyl windows and doors into our product assortment to complement the high quality wood products as a more economical alternative. Today, Elegance is proud to offer a wide selection of vinyl products and brands each having unique features and benefits to best suit your home.

Well, here is an update. I finally gave up after several messages left for Brian went unanswered. I just had my doors replaced by another vendor. What I found out was very enlightening. I am writing this to help others. I learned that installing doors is much more complex than I realized. When Elegance Windows and Doors installed my doors they just came and put them in painted and ready to go. It took 8 hours to install my doors today. Apparently the open part the doors fit into is not exactly level or even. The doors have to be sanded down here, there and every where to fit the opening snugly and with a tight fit the keeps out drafts and grime. The doors have to be level so they open/​close smoothly. Installing doors properly is an art. My cost for being the recipient of this work of art was less than I paid for my original doors. If anyone is interested in a referral you may contact me.

I never post on Unilocal.I always say I’m going to, but I never do. This time, I must. I owe it to Elegance Entries to give them all the stars they deserve. (I’m not sure I was the easiest customer to work with.) I went through the painstaking process of trying to find a company to replace our old door with a custom, modern Dutch door. We found that company in Elegance Entries after vetting out 4 other options. They need the stars I am giving them to better their overall review because they deserve it. They deserve your business. From the start, we worked with Debbie to help design the door. She was very detail oriented. She definitely knows her stuff and was easy to get a hold of and communicate with. She was a big help in the design process and was very pleasant to work with. (Thanks, Debbie!) Brian was great too. He obviously takes great pride in his company. He made absolutely sure that our door met our standards. Our brand new door is beyond elegant and we are thrilled with it!!!

Elegance Entries and Windows is just that… Elegant!!! My husband and I have had the best experience with them and their products. We have referred them to several friends and relatives who have also shared the same experience as us. The installers are very detail oriented and make sure that they get the job done right. We have had no issues with the window that has been installed and have received several compliments on it as well. We will definitely continue to use Elegance as our go to shop for windows and doors.

I had three windows and a sliding glass door replaced along one side of my home. I heard that Elegance Entires and Windows does excellent work. My wife and I visited the showroom and met with Brian. Brian showed us options for replacement windows and made great recommendations. He also explained how the timing of the windows would be done. The price for the four items was very reasonable. The workers showed up ontime and did a quality job of installing the windows. The installation happened just as Brian outlined. We will be replacing the windows on the rest of the house this summer and will come back again.

I bought an expensive front door from Elegance that was unfinished and they were going to stain it and put on the clear coat. When the door was brought out to my house there were bubbles in the clear coat and inconsistencies with the stain. I sent he door back because I wasn’t going to spend thousands for a door that was already imperfect. Next time they came out the installer said he needed a check before he could put the door in the frame. Stupid me gave him the check only to find out that a driver came around and picked up the check. I now know why they wouldn’t take credit cards as final payment. Once the door was out I noticed that the color was off because they simply added more coats of clear. It now had an orangy tinge instead of a natural look. When I called and talked to the manager he told me that he finished the door how I wanted and it wasn’t his fault. I told him that is now a natural coat that I asked for because of the extra clear coats that had to be put on because of the bubbling. The manager was completely rude and wouldn’t solve the color issue. I would never have this company ever complete any work for me again. There are too many other reputable companies to choose from that will actually stand behind their product.
