I came down here in Anaheim because my daughter sent me an SOS that her Mini is acting up again. The Mini is 101tho miles and out of warranty, could have been $ 1000s in repair cost but luckily Steven accommodated me without an appointment. I am giving this shop a five star for being boldly honest to say that Mini is a junk and it is a money black hole. He was able to fix the problem by change of spark plugs. Error codes are now gone and hopefully forever but realistically I wish. Thanks to Steven, next time I will bring him Siopao and hot sauce.

I came here because it was the nearest place from where my car had to towed. Needless to say after coming here, I am forever loyal. It was a small fix but the service was huge. That is so important to me. Everything was awesome! Steve, the owner, is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Great Experience and always coming back.

Steve did a great job. Took care of my check engine light issue as a walk in customer and got it done the same day. Will highly recommend him to friends and family.

Just had my 40k mile service and brakes done on my CLS 550. This was my second time using Bavarian. Steve runs a great business. His guys work quickly and know what they’re doing. My 2006 BMW 325i wouldn’t start a couple weeks back. It acted like it had epilepsy or something. Electronics were kind of going nuts, every dash emergency symbol was flashing, check engine light was on, my wipers were going back and forth and could not be stopped.
I called up Steve and gave him the summary, all he knew is it wasn’t starting and it instantly became his mission to get my car back to running condition. It was an odd problem that took a while to diagnose, however Steve capped the diagnosis fee at I believe $ 150. Took his team almost a full day to find the issue. I thought this was fair, I know BMW service ain’t cheap. Turned out I had a faulty IBS sensor (negative battery terminal cable) and he fixed it for a fair price, cheaper than what the dealer would have done for me. In the meantime during this he identified some other issues I was suspicious about and was very cool and shared with me the price and process of fixing them.
It’s been about 2 weeks since I paid him and drove off his lot. Car running great like it used to (I wait a minimum of 2 weeks before giving a positive review on things like this). After let’s say 2 days the dude (Steve) shot me a text to check if everything was running properly. Solid guy, I’m definitely giving him another call whenever I need more maintenance work done. which I’m positive I will.

First timer. Went in today to do an oil change on my Bmw 3 series… as well as a light replacement. Have to honestly say the prices were perfect as others charged way more and the service at Bavarian is emaculant!!! Short wait time cut to the job down to earth guy Steve is the BEST! Gotta apologize for eating his lunch in the fridge however but I’ll definitely be back again for sure!!!

Been going to Steve for a while now. And he’s an awesome guy, and he loves my e46. Other than the fact he has a great shop, great workers, great service and gets shot done. He is a very straight forward guy which is why I go to him every time. Most mechanics beat around the bush, but Steve is 110% honest and up front. Best place to go!

Every once and a while you meet a straight shooter — a business man who knows what he’s talking about and knows how to steer the customer not to his own wallet but rather to the best possible place. Bavarian is such a place. Take your car there first and you will not be disappointed.

I rolled into this place first thing in the morning, having never been here before, with no appointment, and an E91 that felt like it was misfiring. Lucky for me the owner is a pretty cool dude, and they had a cancellation, so he took me right away.
The problem was diagnosed quickly, The repair was done in no time at all, and the price was fair. The owner, Steve, made it a point to show me all the parts that were replaced, (plugs and a coil,) and to keep me informed throughout.
Will I be back? Yeah, I’ll be back. It’s a BMW, it’s gonna break, and this is my new spot.

Steve and his crew are extremely knowledgeable and Steve always offers fair pricing, quick turn around times and legit work. If you live in the north Orange County area… you won’t find better service.

Probably the best mechanic I’ve taken my car to in all the years that I’ve owned it. I’ve referred quick a few people to Steve because I know the work that is going to be put out will be honest, clean and with a quick turn around.

My passenger rear window stopped working properly & Steve fixed it right away! He gave me a great price & I had my car back in less than a few hours!

I wish this place was closer to where I lived! I called to get some information on a part and the owner, Steve was so helpful. He knew I didn’t live in the area and doesn’t work on the part that I needed but still continued to give me information on the part and gave me honest, genuine, friendly advice! Great customer service! If you live in the area, go see Steve!

Car died early am and steve came to meet me at my car to see if we could get it going and get it to the shop. Wasn’t able to get it start so I got it towed (signed up for triple a and was able to use it right away for the tow) to his shop where he took care of me. Was up front and to the point about what was needed and very informative. There was a lot of worked performed and he worked with me… He also gave me a loaner to my surprise to get to work to salvage the rest of my day. I found a new spot to get work done to my Beamer. Thanks steve and crew for the work

I thought he was legit, worked on my car a few times. I was shopping around seeing what type of deals I can get, I txtd him to see what he thought about parts, and he gave this smart ass remark.

Bavarian Auto House! ROCKS! I called in this morning regarding a coolant leak. Steve without hesitation told me to stop by so he could take a closer look. When i arrived Steve was very helpful, very knowledgable and showed through his advice how passionate he is making sure you get the proper service for your car.
After the work was done, Steve took his time to show me the parts he replaced and gave me his honest advice on things to follow up on. This made me feel really comfortable and showed his trustworthiness. I will definitely be coming back for all my service work.

Finally found a place that’s honest and gives great customer service! I called in the same day for brake service on my 2004 E320. I even went with him to the local Mercedes Benz Dealership to get my rotors and brake pads. I thought that was great and it made me feel good knowing that he was using genuine Mercedes Benz Parts and without the crazy markup too! Steve is a straight up guy and he won’t try to tell you to sell you on things you don’t need. I have definitely found a new place that I will be taking my car to often and it’s Bavarian Auto House. If you are driving a German car and your car is no longer under warranty and you take it any place other than this shop, I would tell you that you are crazy! Thanks again for the great work and service, Steve!

So happy with the service that it made me finally sign up for Unilocal.This guy is a proper trustworthy mechanic who obviously loves what he does. Went in for a quick oil change on my ’05 E46 BMW and while I was there I asked about a nagging front suspension issue I was having. He got it fixed right then and there!
Altruistic fellow as well… some guys across the street locked their keys in their truck and he ran over and managed to get the door open for them.
I’ve definitely found my new garage!

My 328I was acting up; I would be on the freeway and a few times it would feel like the car was dying (No power). I jumped on Unilocal on researched and finally found this place. I didn’t want to take my car into the dealership as everything is overpriced. On my way to this place my car took a dump on me, I had it towed into the shop (Good thing for my AAA membership). As I arrived to the shop, Steve greeted me and asked how he can help. I explained how I would feel my car dying on the freeway (Lose power), so he hooked it and found out my fuel pump went out. He was shocked to hear that from a 2007, he called Shelly BMW and asked about it, he was told it’s not common but it happens. He ordered a fuel pump, he asked if I wanted to wait or come back tomorrow. So I decided to return, to my surprise he had loaners. Fill it out paper and I was out.
Overall I had a great experience here. Work came with warranty, and I get a loaner. Win win for me. I would recommend this place. Prices are okay, better than dealership that’s for sure.

Before my 335i, I owned an Integra that turned into a bucket over time. I used to do all my own maintenance on that thing so this was my first experience at a shop and luckily for me it was a very good one.
I pulled into the shop and was immediately greeted by Steve. Steve is super friendly and outgoing, so you’ll feel comfortable right away. I told him what might be wrong with the car and he showed me where the oil leak was coming from and showed me all the parts that were needed for the job. The way he spoke about the situation came off as very knowledgable so I knew I could trust him and his crew.
His entire crew was extremely helpful and gave me a ride to the bank… TWICE! His prices are seriously the best around and obviously better than the stealership. Even though his prices were unbeatable, he still used quality parts. I even went home and researched the oil and the brands he showed me that day just to confirm that my car was only getting the best.
Anyway, I have a couple other things to take care of before my car is in its best shape. I will definitely be back.
