Horrible service. Always out of things. I’ve given them multiple chances and kept going to see if it got better but never did. I’m very understanding with it being busy but they ALWAYS will get the order wrong or not have something that I wanted. I can officially say I’m never going to this DD ever again.

I come in 15 mins before it closes & they tell me there out of coffee… you’re dunkin donuts you’re not out of coffee. All you sell is coffee and donuts. I can clearly see the coffee too … if the store was ran well they’d make some coffee for any customer at any time. Not to mention that boy barely put cream cheese on the bagel I involuntarily ordered bc I felt obligated to since they were«out of coffee».

I walked in during a quiet time and DJ and Ashley were so helpful. I needed to pre-order donuts for my boss to pick up and they helped me out so much! They were so nice!!!

Past: I’ve tried this spot a few times in the past and they would consistently have bad customer service, cheap, stingy, and out of product. example: I ordered a chocolate frosted donut. They told me they were out. Then they came back on the speaker and said they did have it. I paid and drove off. A mile down the road I looked and it was a cream filled chocolate frosted donut they cut the middle out of. That was the last time I was back until this morning. This morning: I thought I would give ema shot, it’s been awhile, and I wanted a chicken croissant sand and a jelly donut. It was early and was the second of two cars in line. ITTOOK15MINUTES!!! I asked what was taking so long and the lady replied rudely«ITSCOMING!». She eventually gave me one bag with a jelly donut. She then said my jelly donut is coming. I told her I already had it. She said«no, I just gave you your chicken sandwich» i told her that wasn’t the case. I had to physically take the donut out of the bag to end the conversation. So… They just started the sandwich at that point. No apology, nothing. Her tone was telling me she was annoyed at ME! The whole experience was insane. I will never ever be back. «Never ever, ever ever ever». –outkast–

I would like for this place to stop getting my order wrong and stop keeping my credit card-swipe and give it back to me. Don’t put it down on the counter and have me thinking you gave it back and drive ALL the way back to work to realize you kept it. This happened to me four times. From now on i will patronize another location.

People complained about the drive through service. Today maybe I got lucky or they have changed the stuff. The girl that took care of my order and the girl who made the coffee for my are both very nice and sweet. And it was quick, only takes about 5 mins the whole process. For this one time purchase experience I am happy and satisfied.

I think a relative of the owner or the owner herself runs the drive-thru window. She’s rude and dismissive some days. The other employees are quite nice. This is not my favorite place for breakfast but a girl gotta eat and they serve turkey sausage. The flat bread breakfast sandwich is good, but they literally only give you 6 little medallions as hash browns in the combo. The company website shows this little pouch spilling over with hash browns…(a little false advertising to jumpstart your morning.) However, the website also states«The number of hash browns may vary by location. «In other words, we could give you more but with the price of potatoes skyrocketing we would prefer to upcharge you for 3 more medallions and call it a large. During my last visit I requested ketchup two times to the chick at the window, to which she responded«it’s in there, «both times. Of course I pull off and check… there is no ketchup. Another morning, They were out of jelly, and a previous morning they gave me the wrong sandwich. In sumnary, Breakfast is too important to me, and they ruin my breakfast too often. Rather than giving them 1 star, I’d give this location 1 empty ketchup packet.

I think this may be my very first one star review. If there were a way to take stars away I would. Please note for anyone reading this that I have been an elite status Unilocaler for the past two years, my reviews are real. Do not go to this Dunkin’ Donuts. There is a reason they only have two stars. At 7pm this evening we went to the drive thru to order a dozen donuts. As we begin to order this guys interrupts with«wait, wait, let me stop you right there and tell you what we have» he proceeded to tell us he had, 1 peanut, 2 cinnamon and 7 glazed donuts. He was such an A-HOLE. We said thanks and left thinking they must be closing. NOPE. They are open for THREE more hours. So I suppose for the next 3 hrs they are all going to stand around and stare at each other? Cause they sure as heck ain’t making donuts. After I discovered they were open 3 more hours I called up there thinking I would notify the manager of what drive-thru guy said. Wouldn’t you know it though, drive-through guy answered the phone and said he was the manager. Arrfffhhhhgg, I need a lemon-filled donut badly and I’m seething, just knowing they are open now! They are open right this very minute but have no donuts. Bad, bad service.

I literally JUST ordered from this DD and the front window personnel was VERY rude. First I pulled up to the drive through window and no one came over the intercom. So I pulled up to the window and tried to order. But was met by someone who basically scolded me for not ordering at the intercom. I tried to explain that I was there and no one came over the intercom, and she insisted in arguing with me. Then when someone pulled up behind me, she taunted me and made a mocking head gesture displaying that she was indeed using the intercom device. Then she MADE me pull forward insisting that she must serve the couple of people behind me first because they were at the intercom. So thus serving me last and making me late to work. I had to go in to pick up my order. You better believed I complained. I’ve been in customer service for 10 years and there is no excuse for that behavior.

Super convenient location if you take 400 to work and need to grab a quick bite to eat or forgot to set the coffeemaker the night before. The only problem is that even as early as 6 a.m., there’s already a line forming at the drive-thru, and the service can be pretty slow in the morning. I’ve honestly sat in line for close to 10 minutes before, but the service is always friendly and I’ve never had a wrong order.

Dont go there on Sunday Morning… this location is now the training location on Sunday’s for a Dunkin Donuts ownership group. Extremely slow service, long lines inside and out. Why??? All new people that are in training. Once new poeple are trained, shipped out to other locations and a new group of rookies are hired and brought in to learn and create long lines. Only on Sunday!!! the rest of the week is pretty good.

I am a huge D&D supporter. This location is very convenient for me on my daily route to work. I always forget her name, but the woman who works the inside register in the morning is really friendly and remembers your ordering pattern very well. My biggest issue with this location is how SLOOOW the service is. In general, every location in the Atlanta Metro area is slow compared to locations in other parts of the country, which for the life of me I cannot figure out. They have special warming bins for all the hot food so that you don’t have to microwave each order as they come in… but for whatever reason none of the locations that have them in Atlanta actually use them. In the north they use them, and teh food is still fresh since they only put 2 or 3 sandwiches worth of egg, bacon, and such in the warming bin. This morning I waited a good 10 minutes for a bagel with cream cheese. WHY oh WHY does it take that long. I still go several times a week because I am a sucker for their coffee and food, and they are very nice.
