I stopped by to get a quick meatball sub for the road. I was already on the road when I bit into the sandwich and realized the meatballs were kind of cold. Not really a huge deal, but I called the store to let them know. The manager, Dean, was very apologetic. He checked the warmers in the store and realized that something had accidentally tripped the food heaters to the off position. After apologizing again, he asked if I could come back and they would remake the sandwich. I was already on my way to an appointment, and couldn’t turn around. However, the next day I stopped in, and they gladly remade the sandwich for me. Great service! I’ll be coming back!

I’ve been to plenty of Subway restaurants in my day. You know what you get when you come here, but this location stands out for one reason in my book: the friendliness, efficiency and professionalism of the staff. Usually I feel like just one of the cattle being hustled through the line, but the three ladies working this day were very friendly and prompt. I walked away from the line with a smile.

Hands down the worst service i have ever recieved. and this was from the owner of this Subway herself. if you’re going to be in customer service, maybe you should have some customer service skills.
