I went to GreyFox Threads last year just weeks before Halloween and I wasn’t even sure if they could help me out, but they did exactly that. The best thing about coming here is that they really work with you and your ideas and give you a realistic expectations of whether it can be done or not. I happened to ordered an inflatable Minion costume from overseas because I was just tired of the same boring unoriginal costumes out there. The costume arrived after nearly three weeks of patiently waiting and upon initial testing of the costume. The view from within the costume was to narrow and I thought it was important to have be able to see where I’m walking. My plan was to have the mouth of the Minion widen so that I can have more peripheral vision (crucial for walking around, stairs and etc). My next problem was just as important as my first problem and that was trying to figure out how to drink from within the costume. It’s hard to take off once put on, so the owner suggested that I put in a small 6inch zipper along the the pocket where it not noticeable but I can take my hands out to grab drinks and etc. It was a wonderful idea and yes it did make a huge difference at the party. The great part was that the alterations took than two days and I was able to show up for the party at the right moment. The costume itself was outstanding and it definitely grabs a lot of attention, more than I had expected but never the less… I had a stellar than at the party. I was able to see much more clearly than before which helped a lot since the costume was so big and me being short. Again, the pocket zipper idea was just awesome and I can’t thank them enough. All in all… I will definitely return for future help with any alterations that I may have.

I was able to get 11 jerseys done for my class. They all turned out great and everyone I got it for had no complaints about them. In fact, we keep getting compliments on our letters.
Sheena was a great person to be in contact with. I talked to her over email and she never failed to give me a quick response back. She was very helpful with all the questions I had and was able to get the jerseys done in a reasonable amount of time.

I got 4 shirts done from her. All of them were heat pressed and they turned out amazing! Two of them were completely custom-​made but she was still able to nail down exactly what I had described; I just gave her the design and she was able to get them done on the shirts. The prices were also super affordable and had no problems contacting her.
Definitely planning to get more shirts from her in the future and maybe on my hats as well!

Twice a friend and I had ideas for a design on some clothes, and both times GreytFox Threads (Sheena) was able to deliver in a communicative, professional, and timely fashion.
Project 1: Heat pressed two-​color design on front and center on one black tee
The first time, I messaged the business because I was curious how quickly I would be able to send in a front and center T-​shirt design, and get a finished T-​shirt. It was right after Madbum dominated Game 7 of the world series, and my friend really wanted to have a shirt to wear to the Giant’s Parade that was custom-​made for the situation. The evening before the parade, I sent in an illustrator file to Sheena, and she offered to get into work a bit earlier than usual to be able to turn around the shirt for my friend. The next morning before the parade, I was able to pick up the shirt. Sheena’s willingness to communicate with me the night before to resolve any file issues, and her willingness to work with me on a tight deadline solidified GreytFox Threads in my memory.
Project 2: Heat pressed two-​color design on front left panel + heat pressed black and white design on the back of 10+ black hoodies
The second time, I helped a friend design a graphic for a set of hoodies several days before Christmas for her family. Sheena had a full holiday workload in tow, but was willing (yet again) to work with our tight deadline to complete 10+ hoodies with a two-​color design on the front left side of the hoodie, and a complicated black and white design on the back side of the hoodie. It was a lot to ask, but Sheena helped us get the project done with enough time to wrap the gifts up, and have a relaxed dinner! Once again, Sheena at GreytFox Threads delivered.
I have yet to seek Sheena’s service to produce screen-​printed tees, but I will definitely be going to GreytFox Threads the moment that need arises.

Good custom orders and design. Fast shipping. Really pleased! Needed help designing a t shirt for a club at school. I just gave an idea of what I wanted and they actually designed the t-​shirt logo for me. I orded 50 t-​shirts to sell for a fundraiser for our club. They even provided a pdf of the design so i can use it to order more. They ask you exactly how many colors you want, size, etc and show you what its going to look like. They also give you the price so you know exactly how much it will cost before you order. If there is any problems they tell you ahead of time so you know what to expect. Very professional. I wanted to get a customized reversible jersey and was having a hard time finding a place I liked. As soon as I walked in I was attended, given the information I needed, so I placed my order the next week! It came in when they said it would and I picked it up, I was very happy with the jersey, looked just as I had imagined it to. I was happy with the service and recommend them for any custom work.
