Debra’s fine until something goes wrong. Then she forgets that the goal is to make money rather than be right. She made a single shirt for me. It was what I asked for and dealing with her was fine. A few weeks later I called back for a larger order in the same shirt. She printed on the wrong shirt, then went on and on about how the mistake couldn’t have possibly be her fault. Eventually she caught herself and offered to re-​do the order. When I went back to pick up the new shirts, I said, «The shirt looks different, but it’s fine.» Her response: «It’s the same shirt!» Twice. «Whatever you say,» I said. She made no attempt to smooth things over or even say good-​bye. I paid her husband. She won’t see me again.

debbie was amazing! she accepted the job with no hesitation. i’ve been looking so hard for someone or somewhere to get A LEATHER BAG to be customized for a gift. everywhere i go or try to call wouldnt even bother to help me because the item i was trying to customize is leather material but debbie did not let me down! the job was amazing and i even asked for a rush order and she was able to help me out!

I was having trouble finding somewhere that would do some lettering on a single shirt for an upcoming warriors game but after emailing Debra she said they could take care of my tiny project. Dropped it off and scheduled my pick up for the day I needed it… the shirt came out perfect! and at the basketball I got about a ton of compliments! Thanks … I’ll definetly be coming back for all my sports entertainment wear needs ;)

I use this business back in May. I was in a pinch and needed shirts printed stat. This lovely couple not only help me get them done, they were done on time, and they were done well! They had even cut a mistake that I had made and made me aware of it before any issues arose when picking up the product. They were affordable, helpful, and very sweet people. I highly recommend them to anybody, whether you are in the vicinity or not.

I had to get a heat press done for a baseball jersey on short notice and found that there was a place nearby. I gave Debra a call and dropped off the jersey the same day. She managed to do an excellent job at a great price. Everything from the phone call to the quality of work was perfect. They have a very neat setup and I highly recommend anybody in need of apparel customization.

Absolutely one of the best! I got married (Thank you!) this last August and came up with a wedding gift idea for my Mom. I found her on Unilocal and let me tell you I’m completely happy I did. She took my idea and took it to the next level too. I was happy with the finished product and the gift made my Mom cry. Job well done!

I used Stitches by Baker for shirts for my bachelorette party. All communication with Debra was over e-​mail and she was super response and extremely patient with me as we worked the design. The turnaround time was very fast and shirts were beautiful. I also saw some of her other work which was equally amazing. I highly recommend her for quality, price, and customer service.

Wow, it was last minute and she totally fulfilled. She knew what I was talking about, listened well, asked the right questions, made me feel calm about getting the last minute course correction to be successful– and the gear looked great. PRICE was excellent, way better than online, which is unusual for a small shop. So– to get quality and a better price is the American Dream, and she is living/​providing it. I’ll come back here for all of our company’s marketing needs that I can. Also– she didn’t have minimums, which would have crippled our motley order. Thanks, crew!

Debra Baker (Stitches By Baker) was an awesome person to do business with! She had outstanding customer service with staying in touch with my wife and I. We had a Pillow Birth Certificate completed by Debra for the recent birth of our son after going to several places that was not able to do what we needed to get done. Debra was amazing! Was referred to her through a friend who worked with Debra before and I will go back! I needed 6 tank tops done for a bachelorette party done last month. Communication was smooth and her follow-​ups were always quick, which made the transaction that much easier since I live in Seattle. The quote was a reasonable price given such a small order, that’s rare to find. Way better option than the screen printing from the malls! I had a girlfriend who lived in Alameda pick up and drop off the tank tops for me with no issues. Debra was incredibly pleasant to work with =) And literally 3 days before I needed the tank tops to be done, I asked her if I could add in one more tank top with a different design/​color scheme, and with zero hesitation, Debra worked her magic!
All the girls, bride, and myself LOVED the tank tops! The finish was amazing and top quality. Will definitely work with again in the future.

Debra is very pleasant to work with and is very thorough and detailed with her embroideries. She only works in the evenings, starting at 6pm, which works out great for me since I can go after work. It is out of the garage in her house but she has all the professional equipment needed for any job. What I love most about her is she can do any size job– from 1 garment to a big mass order– most embroidery places now have a minimum order for garments.
When I came to her, I had some ideas but wasn’t sure and she spent a lot of time with me to draft up some mockups that we can embroider. She is also very honest with what style is best for what fabric and not just agree to do any job just to earn your money. Her prices are also extremely reasonable. Highly recommend.

I had a quick rush order for service on a custom gift item. Debra accepted, pausing between two larger jobs to do my order, and did the work perfectly in less than two hours, all while charging me less than what two larger shops (both closed that day) had quoted me the day before.
It was a great experience to find someone running a human-​scale business with a real face, who treats the little jobs with as much attention and respect as the huge orders.

Debra has been so helpful to me in getting a few T-​shirts made. She also had some wonderful ideas about my artwork and where to place them on the Tshirts. :)
