I rarely leave poor reviews, but I made an exception for this place because of the we were treated. On our last night in Rome, we wanted pizza and dessert to go. We had been all over Italy for a couple of weeks, so when we picked out our dessert from the case I didn’t even look at the price because all of our desserts ranged from 2 – 3.8 euros. When the clerk handed us the receipt, I could not believe it. Each of our desserts from this place were 6 euros! When I told the clerk, oops, we don’t want them anymore, these are too expensive, he and another employee claimed they could not refund our money and were insistent about this. Had they attempted to compensate us in some other way, that would have been fine, but they did not. The pizza was mediocre at best, the salad was good, and our desserts double the price were just OK because we had much better at other places.

Shared a melon and prosciutto appetizer and a mushroom pizza. Both very good. Friendly staff, nice table on the edge of the patio. Streets in Rome center are closed to traffic on Sunday, so very pleasant. Not sure how it would be with traffic, as the patio sits next to a gas station(which in Rome are located on the side of the street). Didn’t charge us «Coperto» or bring bread to table. We are finding restaurants charging 1 – 2 Euros per person for«pane» even if you don’t ask for or want the bread.

I had a wonderful meal there. The waiter was pleasant and patient, and the pizza was probably the best I’ve ever eaten in my life. The ice cream there was also delicious. The atmosphere was pleasant too. I highly recommend this restaurant and intend to go there again the next time I’m in Rome.

We had an absolute blast here. chianti was rich, sauvignon blanc was grassy and mellow, Moscato was sweet as apple cider. Everyone’s food was awesome, seating was really cool with clear outdoor shutters so we were still in outdoor seating.

Yes it’s a tourist setup. Should you care? no. Place has tasty pizza/pasta to put in your mouth while walking around Rome. Don’t listen to the snobs. My friend Kenneth and I did lunch. As a rule when unsure we both order something and agree to split. I got spicy salami pizza, he got a spicy pasta dish who’s name evades me. Two beers. Was fantastic. For business folks they take American Express!!!

Zwischen zahlreichen«Touristenfallen» mit überzogenen Preisen, mieser Qualität und unfreundlicher Bedienung fällt dieses Restaurant richtig auf: Leckeres Essen, moderate Preise, freundliche Bedienung– was will man mehr?!

The food was decent but nothing memorable. They didn’t really have a large selection of beer.(I think they only had one). The service was also decent but nothing great. If you’re in the coliseum area its worth stopping by for an inexpensive meal.
