Könnte größer sein, funktioniert dennoch nicht schlecht. Leider sehr sehr überlaufen

Italians are not known for customer service and frankly don’t care. It’s a different culture and attitude. Tell yourself this or you will go crazy in Italy. Used the easy order line to get 2 sodas. Took 20+ mins because they just ignored all the orders on the queue! Had to wave my receipt at the manager who reluctantly got me 2 sodas… With 5 pieces of ice and. ¾ filled. No joke. I’m lovin it

The service here is not only ridiculously slow but rude as well. It took 20 minutes to get 6 nuggets, a small fries, and 3 sodas. The brunette manager was very unprofessional. I don’t know if it was because I was Asian or American, but it took all I had not to kick her ass all the way across the Atlantic Ocean. When I received my receipt, I received a coupon that said«2 milkshakes for $ 1.50». My friend asked her if she could redeem the coupon now and she just crumbled it into the trash can. I asked again in a louder voice because it seemed like she didn’t hear us, and she replied(more like mocked), «The machine broken», in a valley girl accent with a scowl on her face. I don’t know what her problem is but that was very disrespectful and unnecessary. I recommend you go eat somewhere else when you’re in this area.

Mcdonald’s in Italy isn’t like in the UK, in all honesty, it just doesn’t work. This is the second branch I have visited, and they have both been a disaster, like Eliaquim Mangala has been for Manchester City. This store is within walking distance of the spanish steps, If I recall, and is not the nicest branch, it is up a set of steps but they is a wheelchair entrance if a member of staff is available — and they will probably take you into the kitchen, which actually looks much nicer than Mcdonald’s standard in the UK, but not by much! They do have cheeseburgers here on the value meal, so that is one up on the other store(which it isn’t as nice décor wise as) I visited, at Piazza di Spagna 46 They is machine ordering machines here to make it quicker, but still queues do seem long and it doesn’t seem like a nice place, compared to the other store for example, with the store and queues more squashed and less spaced out. Most of the stuff here I wanted either was sold out, or just simply not available. I was hoping for something out of the Mccafe range, but they don’t seem to do it here, which is kind of bizarre as it is a simple Mcdonald’s offering in the UK. At last resort, I was simply hoping for a milkshake especially when I saw an interesting Cocconut flavour, which they don’t stock in the UK but all flavours of milkshake came up as out of stock. This isn’t the nicest of stores especially compared to Piazza di Spagna 46 design wise but it is still a step up on this store, as the staff and waiting times seem to be better. I can’t comment as I didn’t try anything from here, on the taste of the things from here, but still I feel it warrants 1 star as it isn’t really wheelchair accessable to a good standard and most drinks on the menu were out of stock, they should know how much to stock in a busy Rome store and along with it not being the nicest of stores and I had to walk right out, I feel I can only give a single one star.

I was tired of pizza while in Italy and stopped for a Big Mac. No real difference from the US. You apparently have to pay extra for condiments.
