This is one of my favorite Japanese restaurants in Florence(which sadly doesn’t have many good ones…). At lunch they have an «all you can eat» offer, 15 € and you can order whatever you want from the menu(portions are obviously smaller). The waitresses are all really nice and I like that you can choose wether to sit inside(perfect for a romantic dinner) or outside. The only thing I think they could improve is the level of their hot dishes such as udon, etc: they taste a bit«Chinese» and not really authentic. The owners are not Japanese though(I think) so it’s expectable.

I used to come here often, though lately have been going to Hoseki for dinner. The lunch menu at a fixed price is deservedly famous, though watch out for the added price of water! Dinner a la carte is not super cheap, but the food is good. The sushi is good though not the very best in town. Perhaps the warm dishes are not the most authentic(they are not Japanese, after all ;)). Service is excellent.
