Quinoa was amazing — both service and food. Our waiter was so friendly, and spoke perfect English. The owner of the restaurant checked up on us and even served a few of our dishes. The atmosphere is so fresh and light, and the food I got(a spicy thai dish with tofu, cashew, vegetables and noodles) was nice and flavourful. I tasted my mother’s vegan ravioli which was also divine. I would absolutely go back.

The service was fantastic, and they had many options for gluten and dairy free food. But my dish was not amazing. I had the gnocchi and I wanted it to be perfect but it lacked flavor.

Amazing place! We are staying in Firenze for a few days and have come here 3 times already! Great food, great prices. Staff is super nice, attentive and bi-lingual. Location is a bit hidden, but so worth of finding! Gluten free food for the foodies:) We have had breakfast, lunch and dinner here and will probably come back one last time before we leave Firenze. Give it a try!

Gluten free dream. Starting from the awesome waiter who spoke great English and explained all the dishes so well. I had bread, and then more bread and it was all gluten free. I started with a caprese dish that was breaded and fried — yum! Tomorrow they have brunch and I definitely want to come again even though I’m only in Florence for two days. All gluten free. Even the employees can’t eat anything not gluten free on premises. Many items are veg or vegan too. Although by there was one beef dish had I been in the mood. I’m so stuffed!!! Also the service was really fast and there is a lovely outdoor courtyard to sit in if the weather is nice.

A new place in the renovated ZAP area of Casa della Creativita, I decided to try this place out with a few girlfriends this past week. Beautifully decorated, this place looks right out of Vogue, with nice tables, a large outdoor space and a general peaceful ambiance which is a nice getaway from it’s very central location in Florence. The menu is quite small which is normally the mark of a great restaurant, I would have liked to perhaps see a FEW more options but that’s ok because the food is really good. I got salmon and zucchini, more for health reasons than anything, it wasn’t the most amazing plate of pasta I have ever had but the salmon was fresh and it was good. My friends plates, especially the sformatino of vegetables looking really superb, as did the greek salad and especially the friend mozzarella. They also have a decent wine selection, I was surprised and delighted to see one of my favorite vermentino’s from rocca di montemassi maremma on the menu. though there were few people the friday afternoon we were there, it could just be because the word isn’t out yet about the place. I highly recommend making this a lunchtime destination, the outdoor space makes it super amazing in the summer and the place really is beautiful!
