As gyms go it’s got all the weights and machines you might need. Has no pool or other facilities so for the high price so it’s not great. Gets really busy at the expected times 7 – 9, 5 – 8. So If you don’t like the heat in the gym or worse stifling temp in changing area then avoid those times for sure. Staff are never to be found to be honest. I would run outdoors a lot and you could be waiting 8mins to be buzzed back in to the gym area. Which also goes to say for newbies joining the gym it seems to be the culture that the staff don’t show you how to use the gym equipment, it’s the paid trainers that it’s left to. So gym staff are just receptionists and cleaning staff. I’m Sure they’ll hate that and so do I I thin they should be getting more involved with the members as part of their job not as side job being a personal trainer. The gym just gets the job done but there is another just opened so if I was at the end of my yearly membership I would switch to be honest.

I recently purchased a membership costing 190 for 16 months which is really great value. I use the gym a lot for the classes, which are really great! At peak times, its extremely busy, but there are still free machines. If you are looking for an affordable gym, no frills attached and great classes, this really is the place to go!
