Only by understanding the body mechanics and its functioning we can find the way to push ourselves to higher levels and enjoy the ride on the long run. Our aim with Kinemove is to facilitate an access to a solid knowledge in order to help individuals, athletes and trainers. We would like to promote a healthy sports and fitness practice by providing advice and counseling to those who like us, enjoy exercising and want to improve their practice.

History

Established in 2010.

Kinemove is the new project of Ivan R. Alonso, an associated kinesiologist and European EHFA Coach. Ivan was only half the way through his bachelors when he had a car accident that would determine his future dedication. Rehabilitations, back problems and other inbalances would put him on his way to this project today and to kinemoves philosophy and objectives.
