Southside Gym is a fantastic high-​end strength and conditioning facility. If you are serious about weightlifting, or want to develop your strength and flexibility for your sport of choice, be it rowing, rugby, MMA, etc, this is the place to be! The layout resembles S&C facilities in US universities, where I had been fortunate to train while competing and studying abroad. If you are serious about your sport, you need to get into Olympic lifting. Southside has the perfect set-​up of equipment for to practice these lifts safely and effectively.

Brilliant gym with brilliant equipment. Southside really caters well for those looking to just get in shape and tone up, as well as those looking to get into proper strongman and Olympic lifting. The lifting bays and proper Olympic equipment really set it apart from other ‘run of the mill’ gyms.
