Educogym was recommended to me by a fellow student and I was intrigued by the apparent «Kick your ass if you miss your training sessions» attitude, since that’s exactly what I was looking for.
I have to say that everybody in there was super friendly so far and they really make you feel welcome right away. You’ll pay for a consultation session which will be refunded if you actually go for a contract.
The guys really listened to what I wanted to achieve and are very motivating during our sessions. After a kick start period of two weeks they then changed the training plan to accommodate my personal goals. I lost half a stone in the first two weeks and am more than willing continue the program.
Can definitely recommend this, if you ‘re willing to change your diet/​lifestyle along with your fitness program.
