Nowhere else you can find a better place than Yuen Kee for Chinese Tong Sui (Sweet Soup)!
The Chinese Taxillus Herb Tea with lotus seeds and tea flavored eggs is definitely good! (The most famous!) Apart from it, actually I would want to recommend almond/​walnut sweet soup with RAW egg! Raw??? Yes weird, right? Hahaha but I tell you it is the real culture that HK’ers like to put raw egg in milk/​minced meat/​etc! ;)
In fact, there is not much place you can look for sweet soup with raw egg now. So, just don’t miss it in Yuen Kee!

Love Love Love authentic dessert. You are known for their 桑寄生蓮子蛋茶 but black sesame soup, almond soup are also great. I usually do a mix of both. This soup has been around for many years and the bowl that they use are also represent their age. Their waiters are very friendly and happy to explain if you don’t know what to order. They also have red/​green bean soup, walnut soup but don’t expect the western style here cuz its not what they are special for.
your hair will be nicer after having couple of the black sesame dessert. =)

Yuen Kee Dessert is famous for it’s 桑寄生蓮子蛋茶 Parasitic Loranthus & Lotus Seed Egg Tea. I know for «Westerner», it is hard to believe it is a dessert. I never really like it until I am older and wiser.
I love all the dessert that Yuen Kee offers as I too believe that food should not only taste good but should have health benefit too. And if you are not into herbal dessert, there are also other choices here too especially if you enjoy traditional Chinese dessert.
I would go out of my way every time when I am in town at least once to have some of the dessert here. Now it kind of become a ritual for me!
