This is definitely one of my favorite noodle places in Hong Kong. You may find it hard to believe that a block next to SOHO and you may find so many authentic local Chinese food. I have come here for so many times that I lost count. However, I still love it every single time I pay it a visit.
This is located in the street that is filled with minibuses and lots of other noodle places. Try to remember the signage is bright green if you cannot read Chinese so you would not end up walking in other noodle places or else it would be super awkward when you walk out from it instantly. If you still cannot find it, follow the crowd as I guarantee you there are almost lines outside this place, showing you how popular this place is.
When you are in, (possibly sitting next to a stranger, anyway, this is one of the local culture here) do not waste time and order right away. My personal favorite is of course the noodle with fragrant marinated beef. It tasted so juicy and blended so well with the boiling broth. I also love to order lettuce to go with it as lettuce soaks up the soup and it is super delicious.
With everything you order it would only be around HKD$ 30, can you believe it? I am sure you will come back for the second round soon enough just like I do!
