Tucked away on a side street off of Leighton, this mom and pop shop is known for their tasty pork chops. This is the type of shop where you can pick your noodle, sauce, protein and additional toppings. Most everybody in there was ordering their fried pork chop.
I actually ended up getting their pork cartilage with thick noodles and a soy sauce. I loved how tender and flavorful the pork cartilage was. The noodles where also cooked well and not soggy.
I just love the simplicity of the food they offer. Easy, delicious, and exactly hits the spot.
