Turkish Cuisine Best Kebab

No kidding this is super fresh, great food.
We tried the meat pizza, Turkish salad, mixed kabab plate, falafel rolls
Some of the best food we’ve had on our trip.
My wife is now a fan of Turkish food.

If my memory does not fail me, the last time I had a proper kebab was when I was in Heidelberg. (What? It is the cheapest snack there… thirty euro for a big one); Ever since I came back to Hong Kong, I have to say that most kebab places here do not deliver… I know it is supposed to be fast food but come on, that does not mean we just want to stuff ourselves without tasting it.
All is about to change guys. I came across this AMAZING Turkish place on Lamma Island. The owner is from Turkey so that is going to make you feel more confident about this place. I recommend to have the kebab instead of the burgers here as its kebab is rather tasty. However, I have to warn you guys first. For some reason, its kebab is not made from sliced meat. You know, those you will see the staff slicing meat off a rotating BBQ loaf. I am not sure how they prepare this but the meat is not sliced but chucks. The only reason I still give such high mark is because it tastes really good still. However, I am not sure if that is really authentic kebab; anyways, the flavor is rather impressive.
Please expect to wait for your food with patience. Since this is a rather popular place and they only make the food after we order, you have to wait for a bit for the food. But I am telling you, it will be worth it.
