Randomly was walking around the mall looking for a place to eat lunch at. They have a new lunch special menu for $ 98HKD. It comes with 3 side dishes and a black or green tea. I ordered the braised beef noodle soup and it was delicious. The noodles were thick, chewy and looked like hand pulled. It was great! The beef was tender and enjoyable — I usually don’t like to eat too much of beef too. Service is just different than in the States so not sure what is rude or not honestly.

Not many choices at Elements. Just a quick dinner there. Large area with plenty of tables

A far cry to many of the Taiwanese eateries in Hong Kong. Dishes are very average and not to mention expensive. It’s not authentic at all.

My husband and I had dinner here last week with my local HK friend, as she made the recommendation to come here. This restaurant is located inside Elements(shopping mall), very close to the Kowloon MTR Station. You can opt to take a taxi here(like we did) or jump on a subway and get off at Kowloon station. After locating the restaurant, we were seated immediately and the ambience is great. It’s a fun restaurant to hang out with friends and still be able to hear each other. We all love Taiwanese food, so this restaurant was a great pick. We ordered so many dishes to share, and enjoyed every one of them! Here are the ones I remember: (1) Oyster Pancake (2) Peach drink w/mango jelly (3) Clams w/basil (4) Xiao Long Bao(pork soup dumplings) (5) Three cup chicken in mochi ball (6) Wagyu beef spring rolls (7) Stir fried string beans w/minced pork (8) Beef patty pancake I’m not going to spend time describing all of them, because I have to say that ALL of the dishes were ordered above were DELICIOUS and we would order them all again if we go back to this restaurant, haha. :) As I’m typing up this review, I’m already drooling…
