Sense of touch is located in Lan Kwai Fong and has various other locations around the city. They have been in business for over 12 years and the quality of service and reasonable prices will keep them going.
What a relaxing spot on a hectic area. They offer full spa services including facials, manicures, pedicures, massages, cellulite smoothing, and a nice cup of tea while waiting. The environment is calm and relaxing and perfect if you and a friend want to get pampered for a day.
When I went in, they were selling Caprice silk cover ups. They are beautiful and one of a kind if you’re looking for something to make you stand out at the beach. The pedicures are done in comfy chairs and a bucket of warm soothing water is broth over to you. This is a quality pedicure, done quickly and with care. I have been to other salons that make it seem like a chore, or just another customer to get in and out. They make sure you are well taken care of and enjoy your time while there.
This is definitely one of the better pedicures I have had in Hong Kong, and the experience gives you an escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.

In a place where looks are more important than anything and cheap (er) labour is rampant, Nail bars and spas are everywhere in Hong Kong. I had stumbled upon Sense of Touch when I first moved to Hong Kong 10 years ago and have never looked back.
The spa is located conveniently in Central, its décor friendly South East Asian spa, luxurious but not overly so. Once you enter the waiting area, you can help yourself with some of the herbal tea and sweets as you wait for your therapist to take you to your treatment area to do their magic. All the staff are meticulous, diligent and work quite swiftly (I think)
Bottom line: mani, pedi, eyebrow threading are musts, but they also offer facials and body treatments. Ask for any of their staff as they are all consistently good.
