We stayed at a place right next door. We were here during the summer and Café O was a god send for the smoothies! Seasonal selections with great strong A/C inside!

I stuck finding congee in my hood but I am spoiled with cafes around in Soho. This beats all to surprise me each time they serve seasonal drinks. I always came down here after yoga. I have Starbucks and Pacific coffee 5 min away. And I could easily go for Vanila, Food lab, Mark Spencer but I always save for the O. Café O is considerate for milk allergic crowd. They tend to use a lot of almond as well as soy milk. Winter chocolate? They got mint almond cocoa. I like their smoothie to death. Nood, Mana are all over priced comparing to Café O. And I said, it came with a bit twist. Haven’t tried their food. It appears more panini which I am a big fan. Okie, I shouldn’t raise your expectations too high. Let’s say it is a uprising chain café.

A review for their coffee. I really like their coffee here — Well balanced and strong enough for me! A latte will cost you $ 30 for a small. A review for their food. I don’t find anything interesting or special about their food. The croissants as dry and after 20 minutes sitting in my bag, it tastes like cardboard. Sad… And if you buy something here to eat later or tomorrow, it will spoil. So if you buy food here, eat it right away! I guess they go cheap on the quality. Sad… FYI — There is free WIFI access but its WEAK.

I just finished a hot hour yoga session and what is the first thing I see when I step out of the Centrium? Café-O. How convenient! This little café is right up my alley because it serves the exact type of everyday, typical food I love: juices, sandwiches, salads and healthy small pizzas! Sometimes, I order to go when I am in a hurry but usually I sneak in here after my intense work at Pure and order myself a «green Envy smoothie.» This place is great because its super casual. If you want to met someone for a quick chat over coffee or the healthier version nowadays, a smoothie, Café– O is the perfect place! Their ready made sandwiches are very tasty and a healthy alternative to your typical fast food Hong Kong lunch, which mine(guiltily) is «char siu fan.» Today, I ordered a vegetarian pizza wrap with my green smoothie. My pizza wrap is SMOTHERED in cheese. Piping hot out of, I would imagine, a Panini presser? It smelled really good. The vegetables in it were fresh, not soggy tasting like vegetables that have been refrigerated for too long. There were a LOT of olives in it too. A bit too many perhaps,(not a huge olive fan.) The wrap was crispy and not soggy as well. Nothing worse than soggy crust/wrap. It was a pretty hearty wrap, the cheese was gooey and stringy and FILLED the wrap. Overall i would give it a 3 stars, not as though I have rated enough«vegetarian pizza wraps» in my life to honestly be the judge of that but on a flavour/freshness and presentation standpoint I would give it a 3. Why not a 5 because I probably should have ordered something I personally know would be more enjoyable. But no I opted to be healthy so as my father would say, «You make your bed, you sleep in it.»

Café O is conveniently located next to Pure Yoga Centrium and has been a place where I would grab a fresh juice or smoothie after my yoga classes. Their food is simple, delicious and more importantly, wholesome and healthy. They are one of the first delis to serve quinoa instead of rice in some of their dishes. Their pre-packaged pastries aren’t great except for their raw flaxseed tomato biscuits. Their pizzas are also to die for. Other than the food, the ambience is casual and the restaurant is nice and quiet for a relaxing lunch. Bottomline: pizzas, Smoothies and fresh juices.
