Physio Central

I recently started physical therapy at Physio Central to hopefully avoid having to avoid another othroscopic surgery on my meniscus. I was a little wary of even starting because I’m pretty sure the pain I am having is very similar to the times I had before my other surgeries.
I had my first appointment which started right on time and I began exercises after giving a brief history of my knee problems. One week later, and I’m seeing so much improvement. I’m able to walk for longer periods of time without feeling the oh so familiar pain. Does this mean I don’t need surgery again? I’m not sure until I see the doctor, but I do know that all the muscles in my leg and butt are much stronger and stable to support my knee.
Physio Central is equipped with update workout machines and techniques to provide you with great rehabilitation. The therapists are trained around the world and are very professional and efficient. They work with children and have toys and games in the lobby to keep them occupied while waiting.
The focus here is in getting you better so that you can go back to enjoying the actives things you like to do before your surgery. As an ex collegiate athlete, it’s important for me to get treatment so that I can continue to be active and not just functional. Physio Central provides great treatment for you to get back to doing the things you like to do.
