Came here for dinner tonight with the recommendation of a friend. Ordered the Premium Twin Platter which comes with Premium Pork Loin, Premium Pork Tenderloin, Deep Fried Shrimp, and Crab Meat Cream Croquette. I ordered the combo so it comes with additional salads and sides. The croquette is probably one of the best croquettes I have ever eaten. It’s super creamy inside and the batter is very soft and fluffy outside. The remainder of the items have the same soft fluffy batter. The pork was tender compared to many other pork cutlets I have eaten and the skin does not fall off. The beers were on special which made everything even better. If I lived in Hong Kong I would definitely come back just to have beers and croquettes!
