Ate dinner at the bar alone and had pretty good service, the burgers here are delicious and you can eat without breaking the bank. Will be back again when I’m craving burgers and fries. Delicious. Also, if you like chips, get the potato crisps with blue cheese dipping sauce.

OMG. How do you ever beat this place? I don’t even mean in simply Hong Kong I mean of any and every happy hour? The drinks are great, the view is spectacular the staff is nice and attentive, and most importantly they have free steak sandwiches!!! How do you beat that!?! I don’t know about you but I’ve never seen any happy hour or restaurant for that matter that gives away steak sandwiches. And even two *free steak sandwiches will leave you generally full. Definitely consider dressing on the more business casual side(or more formal than laid back and grungy) as that is the general feel of the other guests. …did I mention the drinks on the happy hour menu are amazing? Unfortunately I was only able to see the happy hour and not the full menu, due to travel restrictions(which I guess served me well). I might also add, if you see my photos, I didn’t drink all of those photos. I was with someone else, thank you very much. * Their marketing ploy obviously worked perfectly on me!

After being in Asia(and eating only Asian food) for 2 whole weeks in December, my family and I decided to change it up a bit and head to Morton’s for dinner. We had just finished watching A Symphony of Lights by Victoria Harbour and were starving, so steaks sounded perfect. So was that onion bread. Man, oh man, did it hit the spot. So savory and delicious, we devoured the entire thing instantly. To start, we ordered the Short Rib Steak Tacos, Jumbo Lump Crab Cake and Lobster Bisque for the table. Loved the crab cake and lobster bisque, but was underwhelmed by the tacos. While both the crab and soup had been rich and flavorful, the short rib was bland and a bit dry. I ordered the Center-Cut Prime Ribeye because I can never turn down a juicy ribeye… And juicy it was! The center was perfectly pink(just the way I like it) and oh-so-flavorful. You know a steak is good when you don’t even need to think about adding sauces. And I love that Morton’s Peppercorn Sauce, so you know my steak must have been reeeeeeeal good. We also got a side of the Creamed Spinach and Creamed Corn, both of which were amazing. Could eat both of those bad boys for days. The Parmesan & Truffle Matchstick Fries were good too, but definitely preferred the other two sides more. For dessert, we shared Morton’s Legendary Hot Chocolate Cake and Crème Brûlée. Mm mmm mmmmm love me some lava cake and crème brûlée. Morton’s did not disappoint on either. Definitely just as good as any of the ones I’ve been to in ‘Murrica.

Strictly a review on happy hour. Available 5−7pm M-F. I went on the moon festival when it was a holiday and the bar had a few customers, so it was a nice quiet scene for drink specials and free mini steak sandwiches. You have to go into the hotel and find the designated Morton’s lift around the corner. I went alone since my coworker got dragged back to work but to be honest Morton’s is a place where you can go alone for me time and enjoy their strong and well made drinks or go on a date too. But anyways the sandwiches came out every 20 minutes or so. Two drinks and 5 mini steak sandwiches for $ 120? Well worth it. Their bathroom is utterly pristine by the way.
