Great view over to Central. Better drinks than at intercontinental but still fairly overpriced. After all, you are paying for the view. The food is just ok; it’s really just there to have something to soak up the alcohol. You’re better off eating around HK if you are actually hungry though. Convenient enough if you are staying in the hotel or in the area around TST.

Their ‘hot’ dimsums are decent.
Fast serving was a plus when we were hungry. They open til 2am and their food last call is 12:30am and drink last call was 1:30am. Has greet view, pretty quite for great conversation, and servers are attentive.
One trick to get here is, you need to go to 17th floor first and then either walk up the stairs and take another elevator to get to the 18th floor. No one told us this.
Have great wine selection but not so much for beer. Wish some more beer selection!

Wine, cocktails, beer, tea (in the afternoon, cheese and small bites at the top of the Sheraton Hotel.
Excellent view of HK Island from the floor to ceiling windows. Not the best view of the nightly light show but not bad either by any means.
One of the highlights is the wine «vending machine» where you get a credit card and push a button to dispense your own glass of wine. Very good selection and reasonable pricing (by Hong Kong and Hotel standards).
