This little restaurant is located in the ever so popular neighborhood of Tai Hang. Setting is simple and there may be max 20 seats so it gets easily packed. Service is friendly and efficient. There is an extensive selection of cooked food. Whether you crave for grilled items, deep fried or ramen, it’s all on the menu. For ramen you have the choice of different soup bases. To my surprise the quality of the food was very good. The deep fried chicken was tasty crispy and not oily. The braised ox tongue was tender and seasoned well. The ramen was chewy, the soup was great and not too oily. The pork cartilage was tender as well. The ventilation of this tiny place is surprisingly good. With so much going on in the kitchen you will not smell like a deep fryer after the meal. It may be not as cheap as expected but worth every penny.
