My first stay in this part of HKG. I was initially disappointed because I wanted some noodles from Butao Ramen close to our other hotel. Well… score! Another Butao near my new hotel! I walked over, and there was a line. Bummer!
Walking away a little bummed, I came across Bari-​Uma. No line, and similar looking pointy talky food photos. I’m down! I get the signature bowl of Bari-​Uma. OMG! At least as good as my other noodle joint!
Broth was spot-​on, noodles perfectly cooked, and a couple of slabs of fatty/​meaty/​yummy char siu on top!
