Awesome little place. Whatever you order is grilled right in front of you at the table. Very friendly and skilled staff. I ordered a large shrimp and tuna cheek and both were prepared perfectly. Tuna cheek was melt in your mouth tender and had been marinated in sake and black pepper.

Best place in Tai Hang (大坑) to have Japanese seafood. Its not a big place so its great for couples/​group of 4. We ordered the BBQ seafood set menu and every dishes were delicious.

I get cravings to come here if I don’t make a visit at least once every 2 weeks or so. They have a lovely lady with purple colored hair (at the end) who greets us warmly and remembers our order. Your order gets grilled right at your table by them. The interesting things to try? Clam congee, tuna cheek, and the fresh abalone. Good selection of sakes and they have draft sapporo. The meal isn’t cheap but the ingredients are fresh making it worth while.
