This Le Soleil restaurant is reportedly related to the one in San Francisco. I am a fan of this restaurant because the quality of each dish is consistent and the flavors authentic. It is seriously as good as it gets when it comes to Vietnamese food in Hong Kong. The service, the environment are both recommendable. They have a rather decent executive lunch set menu: appetizer, entrée, dessert, and coffee/​tea for around $ 160 HKD.
I deducted 1 star because coming from the Bay Area, I can’t possibly justify paying $ 20 USD for a bowl of Phở (Vietnamese soup noodle) a la carte.
Never got a chance to try their «afternoon tea» selection.
