Frosty the snowman was a jolly happy soul! @dalloyauhk’s Mr. Snowman was too cute to eat! The Religieuse was coated with some white chocolate glazing, even wrapped with a mini scarf, how lovely was that! Glazing was not too sweet to our surprise. Filled with vanilla custard, the two choux pastry cases were eggy, with a bit of crunchiness on the outside. Vanilla custard was creamy, smooth and light, though we would like the vanilla to be stronger. Definitely a good choice for the most wonderful time of the year!
