High quality French bread is Eric Kayser’s specialty and core activity. Eric Kayser also produces French cakes, viennoiseries, pastries and gastronomic food related to bread.
History
Established in 2012.
Eric Kayser, the 4th generation baker, created his authentic concept and techniques in 1996, offering artisan bread originating from France, while linking tradition and modernity with no concession on freshness or taste.
Eric Kayser has launched an extensive product offering with more than 300 breads, baked goods and pastries, grocery products and a range of savoury or sweet treats. He has created a high-end yet affordable brand of French bakery and pastry with modern, urban store design.
In France and throughout the world, he offers a wide range of bread, viennoiserie, dessert, macaron, and pastry, to the delight of gourmets.
Tasty breakfasts, brunches, coffee, fast-food or restaurant menus are also available, answering to the expectations of our customers.
There are today 110 Eric Kayser stores in France and around the world. Our restaurant and shop at Ocean Terminal in Harbour City opened on 22 December 2012.
