Mitsugaru Bingsu! YES!
Go with the original OG flavors and you will not be disappointed. I love the snow like milky texture of the ice while on top heaps of mitsugaru (7 grains cereal powder) flows down onto your metal spoon and slivers of almonds and sweet rich red bean all hit your mouth with the ice cold bing. Fantastic! Please open on HK Island West.

Watermelon ice was pretty good. Ice coffees were so so. Not cold enough and too strong.

This bingsu had a really interesting texture. It’s not shaved ice like the other bingsus I’ve had and it’s not layered like the Taiwanese version. It’s very snowflake like, definitely melt in your mouth. We had the flavor with berries and cheesecake. There was a good amount of the both ingredients, but it was kind of a bummer that the cheesecake bites got hard from the cold ice.
The restaurant itself is very open with different sections for seating and it’s very cute, just like you would expect out of a Korean restaurant.
