It’s the second time we’ve visited this Indian restaurant as it’s pretty hard to find a reasonably priced & good quality Indian resto in HK and this ticks most of the boxes. Enjoyed the Chicken Tikka which arrived sizzling like crazy on the hot plate, moist and tasty as it should be. Chicken Tikka Masala was fine if you like your Indian food mild; pleasing to see it wasn’t loaded with colouring, nor too oily. Me, I like it hot or at least reasonably but I went for the Lamb Rogan Josh for a change. The meat was tender and the rich gravy was tasty. This was also pretty mild on the spice meter, so I couldn’t help myself and caved in to my craving for some Vindaloo sauce to help it on its way. Naan breads were fine(Plain and Peshwari), along with the rice. Service is polite reasonably efficient. All in all we’ll certainly be back again soon.

Favorite Indian restaurant in the area/HK island! We frequent here regularly to dine-in or for take away. The«mom-and-pop» restaurant is very authentic and woman who runs it is super nice and friendly! I often want to try new dishes, but have my favorites as well — any of the Chicken Specialties dishes, Fish Curry or Fish Vindaloo(hot!). If dining in and not sure what to order, I’m always offered recommendations that never disappoint. We always start with the samosas and an order of garlic naan and cheese naan are givens. Tip: ask for more mint sauce after the papad :) The 2-person dinner sets for just $ 278 are a great deal and include A LOT(4 starters, 2 mains, naan, rice, and soft drinks)!
