Been here twice now. Food’s great!
Had:
Way too many things to count.
Suckling pig was delicious. Crispy and tender. Scallops were huge and tender and flavorful. Crispy beef brisket was unique in a really good way. Fish soup was the milkiest fish soup I’ve ever had. Peking ducks are really big and the wraps are the thinnest I’ve ever had (which is great). The wraps are separated with wax paper, so they don’t stick together. Great idea! Various veggies and things were good too. Um… so was the sticky rice with preserved meat.
They change the plates really quickly and the servers continually refilled our water and our juice.
Side note: Their special XO sauce is pretty tasty.

came for dim sum, wasn’t very crowded. still, a refined dim sum, great for the convention centre, abalone (tender) and chicken double stuffed steamed bun, shrimp cheung fun with flavored noodle sheet, XO noodle rolls, baked pork bun (had sesame on it, not so good)
