Love it! Mondays are buy one get one free so we were stoked! Great atmosphere, not too pretentious, feels like a good NYC neighborhood find.

There are so many restaurants in Hong Kong that you reeeeallllly have to like one to go back multiple times. For me, Craft Steak is definitely one of those places. Let’s be honest– steak is friggin expensive in Hong Kong, but you get a perfectly cooked, good sized piece of meat for a very reasonable price($ 288 for a 14 oz ribeye). A carnivores delight! The atmosphere is classy and the service top-notch. The host even remembered me when I came in. Sides(especially the fries) are a great compliment to the steak. There’s even a special on Wednesday nights that includes several different cuts, salad and sides. If you’re hankering for some bovine flesh, head to Elgin Street and indulge!

Loved this place! Felt more like a nice bistro since it was on a small street. I liked the selection of grass or grain fed options. Also great choices for non-steak eats. Crab bites were really good! Not filled with breading. Nice! Grass fed Sirloin and sauce choices were very good! Side dishes of mac & cheese and creamed spinach were delicious! Loved the service. Would definitely go back.

One of the better steak house in Soho. You definitely can find the cut you’re looking for. The steaks are charcoal grilled, very juicy and delicious. Minus side, the waiters are super disorganized, at least 2 – 3 waiters came to our table and repeated the same questions. «- would you like to have wine?». «- do you want some dessert» and so on. I can’t complain that they are not service minded. But it’s really annoying when another waiter come and repeat the same question when its already answered. Its a bit pricey but if you get the asiaexpat card and you can dine 50% off on Mondays.

Fantastic meal! Great service, steak cooked perfectly, and delicious side items. Reasonably priced, too. Definitely will visit again when back in Hong Kong.

So I went here on a whim one night, but I know a particular single friend of mine usually takes first dates to Craft steak because, in his words: «It’s not too expensive and it’s good for what you’re paying, so if your date sucks then you won’t feel too bad about spending a couple hundred on her because you get a decent steak. It’s also a good benchmark because if she doesn’t like her meat, well… dealbreaker!» His logic aside, the seafood here is pretty good. I ordered a herb-crusted salmon which was perfectly pink in the center, while A opted for the«sirloin». I say«sirloin» in quotations because when it arrived, it looked more like a fillet mignon, in that it was a thick, roundish cut and tasted delicious. We were pretty confused until the bill came, and it did indeed say FILLETMIGNON. So we spoke to the service, very politely about the situation, expecting to have to pay the extra cost… But instead, they admitted they made a mistake and let us pay the price of a sirloin instead. Juicy bonus. I want to say that their staff are very accomodating from this experience, but at the same time, I’m a bit confused about how they could have heard ‘fillet mignon’ instead of ‘sirloin’. To be fair, it was a little noisy in the restaurant with a pretty rowdy table in the corner, so don’t expect the most intimate of dates here. It’s much more casual, and — like my friend says — good for first dates. Oh, and don’t forget those oysters to start, as a welcome aphrodisiac.
