I’ve always loved the afternoon teas at Café Landmark — I never got a chance to try their dinner menu until now! We came here for a reunion with a group of friends; best seats are at the booth seats on the side but we had too many people to fit there. LOBSTERBISQUE(4⁄5) The display could be better — but the taste was so yummy! Very thick and rich in flavour. There are bits of lobster within the bisque. LOBSTERLINGUINE(5⁄5) It’s so good: O! Definitely a wise choice for us to book this place during our stay in Hong Kong. The lobster pasta has a very creamy and flavourful sauce, which makes this dish rich in flavour as well. I would order this again the next time I visit :)

Café Landmark’s lobster linguine is sublime. The pasta is rich, creamy, and decadent. The lobster has a fantastic flavor. I’ve returned to Café Landmark almost annually for a handful of years now, and each time I’ve been unable to resist ordering the lobster linguine. During my most recent visit, I ordered the French onion soup, lobster linguine, and chocolate soufflé(which required a wait time of 20 minutes for us). The French onion soup had a great flavor, but I would recommend adding more cheese. The chocolate soufflé was fun to share, but I wouldn’t order it again because I found the cake to be too hard on the outside. Undeterred, I will return as always for the lobster linguine if nothing else. Note: make a reservation unless you plan to go during tea-time between the lunch and dinner rush!

Exquisite taste, great view, and possibly a long wait. Café Landmark features a great view, overlooking the high-end mall known as the Landmark, specifically the beautiful ever-changing display or fountain that the Landmark has. Get one of the side tables and you can enjoy your meal while watching people go about their business. The food is cooked exquisitely, with gear contrasts of taste and texture. Great dishes include any dish using foie gras, as well as the crab Au gratin, although recently this dish has diminished in serving size. Iberian ham is also available if you are not worried about your wallet. The great food and location are probably the reasons for the ever-present long line, so make sure to book ahead if you can.

Café Landmark Hong Kong sits proudly above Bottega Veneta and other luxury brands inside The Landmark on 1/F The Landmark Atrium. Come here for an afternoon tea or coffee and bump elbows with celebrities and local elite. This café is the perfect marriage between chic and classic sophistication. I really wish I could show you the pictures to the Lobster Linguine and the salad we had, but all these days of rushing around Hong Kong landed with without batteries shortly after arriving. Perhaps you’d fancy some afternoon tea at Langham Hotel Hong Kong 朗廷酒店 instead?

There is always a long line at the café landmark. There is a good reason for this. Located in the heart of central, café landmark provides nice tea set lunches in the middle of the vast mall overlooking the ground floor inside landmark. Business lunches are often conducted here, you’ll see men in suits talking numbers over some wine and moms with their children grabbing a bite to eat after presumably a day of shopping. Whenever I come here I always order the lobster pasta. I don’t normally have a usual to order at a restaurant. I like to try out various dishes but at the café landmark it’s always the same. Ever since I was a little girl, the lobster pasta has enraptured my taste buds so vividly that I don’t have the desire to order anything else. I always, by default, without even looking at the menu order this dish. Consistency is something that should be recognised at this place. Ordering the same dish has never disappointed me. Furthermore, I’ve tried many variations of lobster pasta. Home made and at restaurants. Nothing comes close to the one served here. Try it and you’ll know what I mean :)

Café Landmark is an upscale café/restaurant at The Landmark. And like the rest of the mall, the café is fancy and expensive, but you can be assured that the food and the service here is of high quality. The café takes both lunch and dinner reservations — my mother and I didn’t make a reservation and we arrived there at around 1:30. We joined the line of walk-ins and waited around fifteen minutes before getting a table. The café actually renovated pretty recently, and I liked how it looked before the renovation more than I do now. The ordinary dark brown chairs that went along with the sophisticated feel of the mall have now been replaced by chairs of different color — some blue and some orange — at least, these are the ones I saw. The layout of the restaurant is largely the same. My mother made the interesting observation that they had changed the packaging of their toothpicks — they are now black instead of a light brown-ish cream color! Onto the actual food — I had the beef stroganoff rice, which I have eaten here before, and my mother ordered the lunch set, which included a soup and a coffee or tea. Between French onion soup and the lobster bisque, she chose the latter, and she opted for the crab au gratin and fish fillet main. We shared the lobster bisque, which was wonderful — it was served extremely hot and the soup was very creamy. There were quite a few pieces of lobster meat in the soup too. Every spoonful of the bisque was bliss. It might be because I just haven’t had lobster bisque in a long time, but seriously — this was amazing! I had a little bit of my mother’s crab au gratin as well, which was really nice and cheesy. I didn’t try the fish but my mother told me it was the perfect amount of crispy and the fish was very fresh. I really like the beef stroganoff rice here, but I must say that I was a little disappointed with it today. The rice was hard, and so were some of the beef strips. The stroganoff sauce, as usual, was great though. A meal at Café Landmark will definitely set you back quite a bit, which is why we don’t come here very often, but the food here is generally of a high standard(my beef stroganoff rice was a bit of an exception today though!). If you’re in Central and you’re in the mood for a little bit of a splurge, I would recommend checking this place out!
