Came here for lunch and had the lobster sandwich and the beef fillet sandwich
Lobster sandwich was served cold … Perfect combination of the sweetness/​sourness of the apples and the savoury lobster
Beef fillet sandwich was hugeeeeee. Of course top quality beef and super generous portion.
Didn’t get to try dessert this time but will definitely drop by to try out other pastries

Came by for an afternoon tea the other day and was very impressed with the chef of the century, Joel Robuchon’s Le Salon de The.
Ordered an afternoon tea set and the staff brought out the tea set shortly after 3 pm.
The top layer consisted of a couple of scones which were light and fluffy.
The second layer consisted of a handful of savory items including luxurious smoked salmon finger sandwiches, foie gras sandwiches etc.
The bottom level consisted of desserts that were all very fresh, light and well prepared!
$ 450 for an afternoon tea set for 2 and includes a beverage of choice.
I’ll have to stop by for sandwiches/​entrée next time! :)
