One of my go to spots when I go home. Macadamia nut pancakes and kings crêpe is all I ever order. But everyone has their favorite item. My husband had the local dish(if I ate meat) looked great and he was really happy with it. But macadamia nut pancakes… mmmmmmmmm

This place gets a 5 star from me… I’m here on vacation. The service and food was on point meaning it was very good. The place is clean and very professional. The manager frank was very helpful. One of my items was not done right .I ordered the kudan pika meal and it was suppose to be done with stewing chicken but it was done with regular thigh dark meat chicken. The kudan pika is suppose to be done with stewing chicken. So I talked to the manager and wow he did an outstanding job and made it all right. Great job to the management and the staff for their awesome customer services. Ohh yes the ac was working so it was a comfortable place to eat. I ate at this place on 1÷28÷16 at 5 pm. The food came out fast and it was hot to the touch. I was eating dinner with my family. Ohh one thing don’t use the clear thing that looks like high fructose corn syrup on the table for ur coffee etc. They have regular packet sugar Once again me and my family was very happy if you have any issues talk to frank and he will assist in helping

This place reminds me of Big City Diner in Oahu but twice the size. Good local diner out here but a little dirty inside. Not like I expected more though.

One of the best places on island for breakfast. I enjoy their ham and eggs. You get a real slab of ham as compared to other places that serve the canned stuff.

Have I changed? Or has King’s Restaurant gone downhill in terms of service and quality of food?(insert SIGH sound and face). I loathe doing single star reviews… really I do, especially if it’s for a place I’ve loved and had great memories from. Service sucked! Entrees arrived before the silverware. Not all entrees arrived together or seemingly close to each other — which prompted our party to sit there and salivate over the food in front of them while they politely wait for all dishes to arrive before eating. No drink refill checks. Long delay in getting check after asking for it. Wait staff no where to be seen in the restaurant for assistance. And the food… well, that too was lacking and unappealing. Yes the portions are huge but quantity over quality looses here. Who wants a plateful of terrible food? What warrants such a low star rating over a once beloved late night hang out? Ok, the food… it’s diner food! Breakfast for dinner or dinner for breakfast. You name it, I’ve had it and it wasn’t good at all. Even the coffee was just meh! The legendary crepes is all but a legend here — no longer exists. Don’t get me wrong, it’s still there — it just doesn’t taste the same anymore. This is Guam’s version of a Denny’s Restaurant — open 24⁄7! It used to be so much better(and I’m not saying that because it was the place to sober up after a late night… errrr early morning partying. Certain foods taste so much better post alcohol and I’m not convinced today that this holds true anymore at this place. Bring back the old King’s! Like that saying goes… if you build it, «they» will come! Build King’s back up.

Being open 24 hours is enough to earn Kings five stars– however, the food isn’t spectacular(though decent) and the atmosphere is outdated. Good place to eat after a late movie or party, and the crepes are !

We usually eat at King’s Harmon but decided to go here since we were in the area and got a little annoyed over one particular staff. She kept running around and talking so loud/yelling from across the table and kept bothering our server. One particular incident was when me and my friends were talking and all of a sudden she just grabbed the bottled condiments from our table and ran away, hiding them which freaked my friend out. We just stared at each other wondering what was going on. Then she came to us when our server was there and asked her where were our condiments go. I understand that she was being playful with her co worker but i think it was so unprofessional. I don’t have anything bad to say when it comes to their food. We all have different favorites and we keep getting the same from their Harmon Loc. It’s just me and my friend swore that day that we are not going to eat there again anytime soon. A different time maybe.

My son and I came here at around 630am and this is the best time to eat breakfast. We were one of the first ones there that early. The restaurant is 24hours open! I fukin kid you not!!! Hahaha. I ordered this dish with fried rice, egg over easy, and Portuguese sausage. The fried rice is the best. So much better than the mainland. The island makes better fried rice! My son got the French toast. Food again was great! I like that they are open 24hours. The service was great too.

Much friendlier and attentive staff, plus they know how to cook the food much better compared to the one in Dededo!

So I will admit that I did not want to try Kings when I first arrived in Guam. The restaurant really did not seem very appealing and the menu left me wondering the location to the nearest Denny’s.(Which is further down Marine Corps Drive. FYI!) However, I will admit the flavors and flare of Kings kind of grew on me. The food is rather astounding for the price and the staff has always been rather friendly with me. I have eaten at this restaurant many times and always had a great experience. My favorite items on their vast menu consist of a variety of different breakfast combinations such as their chorizo breakfast bowl and their BBQ Chicken Breakfast. Additionally, I usually order pancakes as well. Yeah I know what you are thinking, «OMG, he actually eats all of that food. What a total Fatty McFatterson.» Well, if you are going to judge me, you should just shut your mouth and stay away from plate! — Random Thought… Anyways, I believe the best part about this restaurant is their menus. Customers can order breakfast anytime of the day, which just adds to the overall awesomeness of this restaurant. I mean who does not want to eat breakfast for dinner. Another fun fact or FF, as I like to call them, is that this establishment is open 24⁄7. This is contrary to the Denny’s on Guam. In retrospect, I believe this restaurant has that significant bang for your buck scenario. The flavorful food and delightful atmosphere are the main reasons I will return to this restaurant.

One word: HORRIBLE… I came here on a Wednesday night trying to enjoy local favorites, but fryer was broken. Still more problems arose it took about one hour to get our food, the server didn’t get my full order, lack of staff, and bad communication. The food quality is thumbs down. the coleslaw was soggy and drenched in Mayo and pineapple juice. The burgers were burnt… and it took 30 min to get a salad. The manager came and served us our coleslaws and said I apologize but you can start with these. There were two large parties that came after us… they got served their food 15 minutes after they seated as we continued to wait… I asked the hostess if she can check on my order and she never returned to tell me status. then ten minutes passed and the waiter said I never ordered it. yelling me I’m wrong and stated he repeated order twice, yet he spoke so fast I didn’t cath him missing my order. I was super disappointed I, surprise this company still stands

KIng’s Restaurant is the Denny’s equivalent here in the mainland. But, they have islander flare to their food — spam, sausage, garlic fried rice, fried fish and everything. Kings Restaurant is pretty much the only, somewhat familiar place we went to a lot of times during our stay in Guam. Food is super greasy, but otherwise yummy, island flare décor(duh), price is good, staff — hmmm no comment(maybe we’re just not used to the culture, i don’t know?), but otherwise — good.

This location, near GPO, has subpar service compared to the King’s on Harmon Loop. My wife’s burger was the wrong one. The mushrooms she finally got were obviously straight out of the can. I guess she didn’t want a refill on her iced tea. But I asked for a refill on coffee. My 3 pancakes came with an ice cream size scoop of butter and only enough syrup for one pancake. If flies are a problem, why not invest in fly zappers so I don’t have to shoo them away every 30 seconds.

I ordered a chicken philly cheese with criss cross fries and it was too greasy and not much flavor in the chicken. To make up for that, I had the crêpe ice cream and it was pretty good! This place is similar to Denny’s and the service is pretty fast.

LOVE King’s! When I went back home this past May(for a week and a half), we ate here ATLEAST4 times throughout the duration of my stay. You can’t go wrong with the fiesta plates, so yum! And… you also can’t go wrong with breakfast(Fried Rice Ala)! And… you also can’t go wrong with the ice cream crepes!

it’s been awhile since my girls and I been to Kings. Kyle are server was excellent… but my daughter order the Swedish pancakes… they should describe it as a scrambled crêpe… not a light fluffy pancake.

OMG! It is sooo good to be back home, enjoying family and good food. This is one of my must stops for eating out because of their great tasting food and childhood memories. Growing up, King’s is where my family would go to celebrate birthdays, graduations, and whatever else. So King’s holds a special place in my heart. I am so glad that they are open 24 hours. The Hubs and I ate here last night at 1 in the morning. It’s a little slower service in the late hours as there are not much cooks and waiters then. I love this location better because it’s next to the GPO shopping outlet and they have better service here. I only put four stars because the restaurant could use a little TLC. Chairs are ripped and their carpet is starting to fall out.

This is Guam’s version of IHOP or Denny’s. I’m not a fan of either, but this was the only place open at 6am. We shared the King’s Griddle Sampler. It included two eggs, two French toasts, two pancakes & a side of hashbrowns. We ordered a side of fruit too. We asked for the eggs to be scrambled, but it came out sunny-side up. The pancakes were fluffy, but the taste was okay. The French toast was soggy. The hash browns were not crispy enough, slightly mushy. During our 30 – 40 minutes in the restaurant, the power went out twice. This is questinoable how often this usually happens, and how it affects their ingredients that need to be kept cold. They also supposedly offer free wi-fi, but it didn’t work even when I typed in the correct password.
