Palagio is a friend in a time of need. I decided at 2am to grab a bite which seriously limits one’s options. I know. Why not order room service when the hotel offers 24 hour in room dining? None of the late night menu options appealed to me and I like venturing out from time to time. Will we have a nail in it like another reviewer or will we love it like the other? Anyones guess but we decided to find out. The hotel binder included Palagios as an option. Truthfully it is more than likely the only in town option outside of room service. Especially on a weeknight. We ordered the Canadian Eh! Specialty Pizza and a Greek Salad. The salad appeared freshly prepared and the dressing was delicious. If in need of a late night meal to soak up your beer, cider or wine-ful evening, Palagios does not disappoint.

not a bad pie at all. Could do better on the quantity of toppings but a nice crust and super delivery. Nice to have a 24hr joint too, just in case

Only place open late so we made an order. Took an hour and a half to come and was cold. Tried to phone at the hour point to cancel because it was taking forever, but like another reviewer said, they take their phones off the hook(or maybe ignore callers that have already made orders?) Really overpriced.

24 hour delivery. Too bad the phones were pulled off the hook though? This is really false advertising no? Lol

Just ordered from this place. Worst service ever. cold pizza and waited over an hour. I wouldn’t feed this to a hungry dog!

First, finding decent late night pizza in Canada is a pain. I called multiple places based on Internet research, that were closed for whatever reasons. Second, if you are a tourist and the Internet in your hotel is wonky as was mine, remember that those working the desk at Hotels usually know something about the city. And finally, when you are a part of a big group of Americans having a great vacation and pretty buzzed(late night), there is only one food on your mind: P I Z Z A ! Moving on. Kudos to dude that worked the front desk at the Magnolia Hotel, wish I remembered his name because he aided me in locating this pizza joint and did everything but pay for it. My review is dated a few months, since my experience happened in the fall of 2013. It was late night and my group was hungry since we hadn’t grabbed dinner the evening preceding. I was stopping people on the street, talking to cabbies and more trying to find decent delivery pizza. A few mentions for Palagio came up but no one could spell it for me or tell me any describing details to get in contact with them. Fast forward to the attendant at hotel staff that knew about this place, placed an order for me and passed on payment. «Fucking A» that was awesome. Seriously awesome customer service. And while I didn’t mention to dude to ask for crushed red pepper, HEDID! We ordered a bit of everything. Check their website because they offer specials today as they did when I ordered. We got a couple specialty pies, two flavors of chicken wings and bread sticks. For pizza we did the Aloha and BBQ chicken, got hot buffalo and spicy BBQ sauced wings and then bread sticks with a number of dipping sauces.(Sauces aren’t mentioned on their website, but I remember«dude» telling me about the available dipping sauces.) Reliving the experience in my head from a drunken stupor at the time, I can’t tell you exactly what the pizza tasted like but those of us still awake to eat it were happy. I remember all of us crashed in the other groups hotel room, sitting in a big circle passing around slices, wings, etc. Laughing and talking about the vacation had thus far, the events of the night and the saving grace of pizza. One in the group wasn’t as «happy» and kept going on about American pizza delivery versus Canadian pizza delivery, tastes versus cost. «Whatever dude!» is what a few of us thought. I’m seriously thinking that this person just doesn’t like purchasing food that is more expensive than a 6″ sub at Subway. If you are Canadian and didn’t understand my reference, I merely mean a cheap ass.(Here’s to hoping no one I traveled with reads any of my vacation reviews)(I think I must revisit my Magnolia hotel review and bump it up a star.) Cheers!
