Tim is a professional chef with 21 years’ experience in Japanese restaurants. He specializes not only in making traditional Japanese food, but also loves adding innovative dishes into the existing menu. Snow White Roll is one of the most delicious and best-selling new item.
Tim is also experienced in kitchen management, and had managed 3 restaurants in West Vancouver. By managing his team, he ensures Hoshi Sushi Japanese Restaurant can provide a high quality of food and service at the right time to his precious customers.
