I would recommend this beauty spa to anyone who wants good quality, efficient and friendly nail service in a relaxing atmosphere. :)

The website states that booking in advance is recommended, so I rang the shop to book a wax treatment. They lady who picked up the phone didn’t greet me I had to start the conversion which isn’t too bad but when asked about booking in she asked what for, so i told her, she then when on to tell me that the technician for that treatment was not in so i couldn’t book in for today — again which is fine. So then when I asked when is she next available(i had to ask again! she did not try to help me book an appointment for a different day) i was then told she was on holiday! I then had to ask when is she back so i can book in with her? which was met with an ‘I don’t know’ and that was it. So I was left unable to book an appointment with them! not very good service — on the phone at least I can’t spoke for the actual treatments as i was never able to book one! this has put me off ever trying to go there again, they clearly aren’t very keen on having customers! unless you go to the shop i wouldn’t bother ringing them not helpful at all.

I live by the Salon and walk by it everyday. I decided to try them to see how they were. I got a classic pedicure. Arrived on time and the technician was running late. 15 minutes later I’m finally seated in their comfy massaging chairs and getting my service. Environment is clean but clinical and sterile. Lots of colours to choose from and the girl who did my toes gave me a nice massage. The negative, after my toes were painted I was told to wait 10 minutes to let them dry and someone would come help me. I had brought my own sandals and waited and waited and then 25 mins after waiting I got up and went to pay. I asked if I needed to do anything for the toes or if any rapid dry needed to be applied and they said no. Arrived home 5 minutes later(literally down the block from the salon) and noticed the 3 of the toes had already smudged. WTF. Called no answer so I emailed the salon to try and get an appointment the next day to fix the nails. No reply. Emailed again on Sunday and was told their internet had been down hence the delayed reply. Asked for an appointment to fix the polish and was told it’s only available for gel nails, and I’d have to get a full polish change. Asked them home much it would be and they never responded. Bad customer service. I recommend going to Noriko at The Studio By Mika. They know how to treat customers and respond.

Will not return. I purchase groupons to give the business a try at a lower rate before I consider paying full price. My first impression was a bunch of young kids trying to run a business fronted by someone else’s money. I was ushered to a chair and the woman basically rushed through the service. It was more of a colour change service than a full manicure/pedicure. She left me sitting while waiting for my nails to dry but it was much too long, I thought she forgot about me. I had to gather up my own things and move their things around so I could get up, no one came to help. I don’t even think I recieved services for the groupon price I paid. Very disappointing!

If you go with groupon is not a bad deal but the quality of the nail polishes they use are not that much good and the shellac will fall off so quick

Tried this place with two girl friends for our birthdays since they had a groupon deal we couldn’t resist: $ 35 gel mani/pedi. Their website looked good so we thought it was a safe try. Nice clean, bright white salon. Massage chairs are great with lots of options! Amaaazing selection of colours! Lots of shades, glitter, sparkles, and even 4 subtle glitter topcoat colours. No matte top coat. My esthetician’s name was Mariana I think, a cute brunette. She was very meticulous with cleaning my cuticles which I like. Great job at nail shaping too. Callus removal was an extra $ 15 but I didn’t get it. The girl even freehanded my coloured French mani which I’m very happy with. They almost deserve 5 stars as I’m happy with their service but I wish there was maybe a light foot filing included with the pedi and maybe a glass of water since my service was about 2 hours long. I’ll update this is how long/well my mani last in a few weeks. *3 weeks later update* my gel polish mani and pedi is holding up extremely well. The top coat started to peel on two finger nails just a few days ago and there is only very minor lifting starting in some really small spots. The pedicure looks the same as day one. Amazing quality!

I love the environment here! It’s totally clean and make me feel comfortable. I do enjoy the pedicure with massage, I recommend it! The price is fine for their products. I’ve been treated very well when I have service, technicians here look professional, maybe because of their uniform, lol

I am a frequent visitor of E-style. I like the environment of the store, which is clean and nice. I do manicure almost every two weeks, and I can tell that the gel in E-style is good. Moreover, they have a lot of fashion nail design samples. Or you can ask technician to design a unique one for you! Sometimes I would do scrub and mask for my foot and hands. After doing the scrub and mask, I could feel the softness and smoothness of my skin. I am so in love with the flavour of the scrub and mask, so I bought the products so I can do it myself. The store provides teas and snacks for customers, and I also held a party there with my friends. The staffs were so nice, they helped me arrange the food and drinks. It would be great for several girl friends to spend the whole afternoon there to enjoy the manicure and pedicure. I would strongly recommend Estyle!

This place is right beside my office so I thought I would give it a try — although I have to admit I was a little skeptical as it never really seems to be busy. I called the morning of the day I was hoping to get a pedi and was booked in for my lunch break no problem. The staff were all very courteous, speedy and accommodating when I arrived. Parked myself in one of the relaxing massage chairs and before I could blink, I was presented with green tea as well as cookies and chocolate! As I settled in, I really began to relax. The salon was quiet, the staff spoke softly and the music was peaceful/down tempo — it was a really nice change from the salons where they shout at each other/have music blasting. I sipped my tea as my feet soaked, and watched a bit of the noon hour news, which was being displayed within comfortable viewing distance from my pedi chair. The technician was good — not the best I have ever had, but good none the less. She poked too far under my big toe with the cleaning tool once or twice, but apologized profusely. I get really dry heels and I really enjoy a good scraping/scrub. Once again, she did a good job but I was expecting a bit more. The pedi was finished off by a nice massage and a UV Gel polish — although I will mention that my toes seemed to be quite sensitive and burned a little under the light… They have never done that before, so I am not sure if the light was a little stronger than I am used to, or if I am just weak :) What lost a star for me: After tax and tip, this service ran me just over $ 78(ouch). I was a little shocked when I was rung up… I think I am used to the $ 30 pedis in the ‘burbs. All in all, a great little spot for some peace and quiet while getting your hands/feet beautified.
