I’ve gone here three times now since their opening and will continue to do so. Great, detailed oriented, pain free waxing. It’s great too that you can watch tv during your appointment.

I went for a brazilian wax and a pedi today. My esthetician Samantha was amazing — super friendly, a wealth of knowledge and really good at what she does! It was probably the most painless wax I’ve ever had — quick but efficient. There were a couple of bridal parties there getting their nails done at the same time, but I felt that everyone got the same amount of attention and care. I would recommend the Ten Spot and will definitely be going back!

This place rocks! The services are top-​notch, the staff are fun yet professional, and the environment is both relaxing and invigorating. Definitely come here for pedis with the ladies on the banquette and then head across the street for a drink while you let your polish dry, or make their grooming services part of your regular routine.

I stopped into the The Ten Spot shortly after it opened for a manicure and wax and both were fantastic. This shop really distinguishes itself from the others in Yaletown — it’s relaxing, fun and has a really cool vibe in non-​pretentious sort of way. Services are great and the staff are all really lovely — check it out!

Have been there twice already, first time for manicure, and second time for a brazilly. Cant emphasize enough how great this place is! Super clean, friendly staff, great environment, and very professional, they sure know what they are doing! I got my first nail art ever, was very pleased!!! She helped me pick a great match of colors, couldn’t be happier on how it turned out! The brazilly also surprised me, as I’m very picky, and the esthetician did an awesome job. I loved the wax they use there (a lavender one and a hard wax), which made it as painless as it can be… Samantha was very professional and made me feel super at ease! Definitely coming back!

Awesome new one stop shop in the Yaletown hood. I stopped in for a Brazilian and a manicure. It may have been one the least painful waxes I’ve ever had using a combo of hard and soft wax. The place prides itself on being über clean which is always a must in my mind. Great staff! Don’t hesitate to stop in here.

I was at The Ten Spot in Yaletown for my first ever Brazilian wax (Brazilly) and I had such a great experience. The esthetician explained everything to me and was very patient. The wax they use is hard wax, which is better and safer for sensitive areas and hurts less. And they have netflix in the wax rooms so you can get distracted while getting waxed! The place is super clean, modern and comfortable and the staff is so friendly! I will be back for sure!
