Papa John’s Pizza

When we moved here were recommended to try her. So we did… three times and it had been from ok– hell no. Delicio might have been better.

Have used many food sources in the peninsula for the last 25 years. This is probably the worst pizza I have ever had in this area.
Floppy doughy crust that you can’t even pick up, it was not even cut properly. Flavour non existent, cheese minimal.
There are too many other pizza places to order from, please skip this one.
Try Emilio Finatti’s, Ocean park, Boston Pizza, or any other in the area, nothing could be worse.
On a scale of 1 to 10 this might rate a generous 3

I began eating at Papa Johns for two reasons. 1) My brother highly recommended them. We are both crazy not just about pizza, but good pizza 2) My favorite pizza joint just down the road closes on Monday’s for some weird reason. When I get pizza on my mind there is no stopping me. I had to quickly find a good place that bakes a decent pie. I am so thankful that Papa John’s delivered. Well, I picked up the pizza but they really impressed me.
The quality of the ingredients on the pizza are stellar! Everything is fresh and delicious! I ordered a large greek pizza. At the time it was on sale so I was even more thrilled at my luck. I also had the good fortune to be dealing with the owner of the restaurant. He’s a very hardworking, energetic and pleasant fellow. I do not know if I would enjoy working under him. He cracks the whip pretty darn hard around there lol.
I have been back to order dozens of times with only one error. When I called back to discuss the issue they refunded the pizza that was incorrectly made and they let me keep it. They have a good team over there and they make quality pizza! I just love it!
